台北市實用技能班學生生涯發展之相關因素研究

dc.description.abstract本研究旨在了解台北市實用技能班學生生涯發展現況,探討個人、家庭、學校、環境等背景變項對實用技能班學生生涯發展的影響,以做為輔導實用技能班學生之參考。 本研究以蒐集相關文獻,利用專家審查及問卷調查等方法進行研究;以台北市公、私立實用技能班日、夜間部為母群,共計10所學校620人就讀。並以生涯發展量表為研究工具,實施問卷調查,剔除預試人數,共回收473份有效問卷,隨即進行整理工作,以平均數、標準差、t考驗(t-test)、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)做資料分析與考驗,得到以下的結論: 一、在個人背景變項中:台北市實用技能班男生在「生涯感受」及「生涯計畫」上優於女生。三年級學生在「生涯信念」上優於二年級學生;在「生涯認識」上優於一年級及二年級學生。 二、在家庭背景變項中:不同家庭社經地位的實用技能班學生在生涯發展上無顯著差異。不同父母期望的實用技能班學生在「生涯信念」及「思考廣度」上有明顯差異。 三、在學校背景變項中:公立學校的學生在「生涯計畫」及「生涯認識」上優於私立學校。日間部學生在「生涯探索」上優於夜間部。不同就讀科別的實用技能班學生在「生涯信念」及「生涯計畫」上有明顯差異。 四、在環境背景變項中:不同居住地區的實用技能班學生在生涯發展上無顯著差異。不同工作經驗的實用技能班學生在「生涯認識」上有明顯差異。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the career development plans of technical skills program students in the Taipei City area, and the effects of the individuals, their families, schools, environment, and background on the career development. The study would provide guidelines for those students in technical skills program. This study adopted methods of literature review, interview, and survey. The subjects study were Taipei City’s public and private vocational training schools, including both day classes and night classes. Surveys were distributed to 10 schools and 620 students. The research tool used was Career Development Scale. The number of return was 473, excluding the return of pilot survey. Average mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA were used for statistical analysis. The results were as follows: 1. Individuals background as a variable: Male students rated higher in “Career Perception” and “Career Planning” than female students. Third year student rated higher in “Career goal” than third year students, and higher in “Career Recognition” than first and second year students. 2. Family background as a variable: The social status of the family had no significant difference in the career development of the students. But the expectation of different parents had influence on students’ rating in “Career goal” and “Breadth of Thinking”. 3. School as a variable: Students of public schools rated higher in “Career Planning” and “Career Recognition” than private school students. Day school students rated higher in “Career Search” than night school students. Students in different programs rated differently in “Career goal” and “Career Planning”. 4. Environment as a variable: The location of residence had no significant difference in the career development of the students. Students with different working experiences rated differently in “Career Recognition”.en_US
