臺北市私立優質學校創新經營策略之個案研究

| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探究臺北市火炬私立中小學於競爭激烈之教育市場中,如何創造競爭優勢。著眼於少子化衝擊與教育政策變遷之際,該校如何運用創新經營策略,諸如國際交流、特色教學、國外大學先修學分等,尋繹學校亮點,建立獨特品牌形象。研究者採用個案研究法,以半結構訪談為主,輔以文件分析與參與觀察。訪談對象涵蓋校長、行政人員、教師及學生,務求全面蒐羅辦學之精要。透過深入探究,期冀呈現該校創新經營發展優質學校之理念與策略,並提供具體建議,俾裨益教育界參考。歸納研究結果獲得以下結論:一、火炬中小學在推動創新與提升品質的過程中,展現出深厚的歷史傳承、與時俱進的策略,以及持續追求永續的努力。二、學校強調以學生為中心,重視品格教育、文化傳承與多元能力的培養,並積極推動課程創新、國際化與資訊科技應用。三、校長領導的「火炬中小學 2025」願景帶來明確發展方向,強化教師專業與學校品牌建設。四、學校在校園環境方面注重安全、藝術氛圍及永續理念,打造宜人的學習空間。總體來看,火炬中小學面對空間限制、品牌行銷不足、資源短缺等挑戰,仍透過策略調整、資源整合與擴展校地,積極尋求第二校區與品牌形象的建立。未來,學校需持續關注教育科技的快速變革,改善組織溝通與管理效率,並透過精準行銷與內部協作,持續深耕其特色與優勢,實現成為全方位高品質的優秀學校的目標。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to explore how Torch Private School, a K–12 institution in Taipei City, creates and sustains a competitive edge in an increasingly intense educational market. Amid demographic decline and shifting educational policies, the school has adopted a range of innovative management strategies—such as international exchange programs, specialized curricula, and Advanced Placement (AP)-style university credit offerings—to highlight its unique strengths and build a distinctive brand identity.The research adopts a case study methodology, with semi-structured interviews as the primary data collection tool, supplemented by document analysis and participant observation. Interview participants include the school principal, administrative staff, teachers, and students, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the school’s management philosophy and practices.Through in-depth investigation, the study aims to present the core values and strategic approaches employed by Torch Private School in developing as a high-quality educational institution. The findings are intended to offer concrete recommendations for educational practitioners and policymakers. The study draws the following key conclusions:I.Torch Private School demonstrates a strong foundation in historical legacy, forward-thinking strategies, and a continuous commitment to sustainability in its pursuit of innovation and quality enhancement.II.The school upholds a student-centered philosophy, emphasizing character education, cultural heritage, and the development of diverse competencies. It actively promotes curriculum innovation, internationalization, and the integration of information technology in teaching and learning.III.Under the leadership of the principal, the"Torch 2025" vision provides a clear strategic direction, reinforcing both teacher professionalism and school brand development. IV.The school prioritizes a safe, aesthetically enriched, and sustainability-oriented campus environment to foster a welcoming and conducive learning space. Overall, despite challenges such as spatial limitations, insufficient brand marketing, and resource constraints, Torch Private School continues to adapt through strategic realignment, resource integration, and campus expansion. The school is proactively exploring the establishment of a second campus and a strengthened brand identity. Looking ahead, it must remain attuned to rapid advancements in educational technology, improve organizational communication and management efficiency, and deepen its unique strengths through targeted marketing and internal collaboration—ultimately aiming to evolve into a comprehensive, high-quality institution of excellence. | en_US |
