dc.description.abstract近年來,臺灣隨著社會發展、網際網路市場迅速崛起與不斷擴大,自媒體在不同行業領域中,均不斷擴展著影響面。有愈來愈多的人,開始意識傳統媒體不斷衰退、並無法抵擋新媒體之來勢洶洶。傳播環境與媒體生態產生鉅變,自媒體作為一面大旗,更逐漸擴大市場的佔領面積。然而,平時服務市場需求之臺灣配音,從早期傳統媒體、直至現今浪潮下,各層面也因此受到衝擊、產生變化,其中,更含括了配音工作者的勞動環境。本研究採「開放式訪談」方式中、其一類型之「半結構式訪談法」,使受訪者們盡可能提供豐富資料,並依業界常規區分的「廣告配音」、「戲劇配音」兩大範疇,進一步做「質性研究」之詮釋與分析歸納。本研究期望以媒體勞動者層級為出發,進行臺灣配音勞動環境之探析,研究結果發現:1. 臺灣配音從早期至近年發展之走向,配音工作者的工作處境為競爭更激烈、但勞動條件卻不見長足提升,人才管道、人才培訓之型態則趨向多元並存。2. 面對臺灣配音市場近年發展的走向,配音工作者為因應時局趨勢,做出之突破改變則包含:心態從早期保守傳統、逐漸轉向開放多元,從「被動」等待工作、轉為「主動」創造機會,有的更嘗試第一時間與客戶做接觸、自己掌握利潤預算。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractRecently, with the development of Taiwan's society and the explosion of the Internet market, self-medias have been continuing to expand their influence in different industries. More and more people have realized that traditional medias have been eliminated by the torrent of new media streaming. The public communication environment and media ecosystem has been dramatically transformed; therefore, self-medias as an influencer have gradually occupied the position of the market. However, Taiwan's dubbing has served the niche of the marketbut has been attacked by the influencer; consequently, the influencer crashed all features of media from the early phase of traditional medias to the current and thus the medias have been transformed, especially the employment situation of dubbing employees. In the current study, we utilized the"semi-structured interview method", which is one of the "open interview" methods, due to we anticipated that interviewers might offer as extensive information as possible they can; furthermore, we conducted qualitative research on voice dubbing, including commerce and drama in the industries, and produced the interpretation and induction analysis. This study analyzed the employment situation of dubbing in Taiwan on the basis of the perception of media employees. The results of critical issues discovered: 1. The orientation of dubbing in Taiwan from the early to later years, the employment situation has become more competitive but working conditions have become more rarefactive in addition to hiring platforms and candidate education has been toward diverse and parallel. 2. According to the orientation of dubbing in Taiwan timely, the voice dubbers have responded to the situation to break through the barrier: the perspective from conservative to inclusive and from passive to proactive, even more, the voice dubbers actively have contact consumers right away and controlled the benefits and budgets by themselves.en_US
