dc.description.abstract中文摘要 企業為追求卓越績效,不斷從理論及實務探討卓越的模式,自從職能模式提出後,各企業皆試圖導入並欲充分運用於人力資源管理活動,以為企業建立競爭優勢及核心利基;而以知識工作者為主體之服務業,如何透過職能模式快速、精確、有成效的培育出優質從業人員,則為目前企業激烈競爭下之競爭優勢。本研究嘗試探討企業運用職能模式進行教育訓練之效益,以個案公司為調查的對象,期望能得到具有建議性的結果,供個案公司或企業於培育人才時之參考。 本研究透過問卷調查法取得所需資料,問卷的發放以個案公司內部協助方式進行,回收的有效問卷共115份,經統計分析結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、營業員在職能重要程度與具備程度之認知有顯著差異。 二、職能與教育訓練效益具有相關性。 三、職能對教育訓練效益具有預測力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractEnterprise is keeping on discussing excellent model from theory and practice in order to seek good performance. Since competency model be issued, all enterprises try to import and apply on human resources’ activity totally that build competitive advantage and core niche. For knowledge workers in the service industry, how to through competency model to cultivate high quality staffs fast, precisely and effectively, it’s business’competitive advantage in this fierce environment. This research attempted to discuss the training effectiveness by applying competency model, using company P as a case. Expecting to get constructive result to provide the reference that cultivates manpower for the business. This study obtained the information through a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is conducted by the company. There are 115 of valid questionnaires in total. The results of statistical analysis summarized in the following: 1. There are significant between the level of importance and awarness in competeency for sales. 2. Competency and the training effectiveness have low correlation. 3. Competency have predicition on the training effectiveness.en_US
