核磁共振T2分布檢測應用與特性研究

Abstract

本研究使用LabVIEW程式,搭配DAQ卡 (Data Acquisition)來擷取NMR Demonstrator系統並且使用自行開發的T2弛豫時間量測與分析程式分析T2橫向弛豫時間,再將分析後的數據使用MATLAB並且使用自行編寫奇異質SVD分解反演法程式分析並彙整出T2弛豫時間分布,驗證過程以利用已知T2弛豫時間的五水硫酸銅水溶液進行T2弛豫時間分布分析與利用已知T2弛豫時間的食用油進行T2弛豫時間分布分析。最後測量分析結果發現以使用自行編寫奇異質SVD分解反演法程式分析與原先數據相符,驗證奇異質SVD分解反演法的準確度與可行性,接者利用此分析方法測量分析三種市面上主要機油種類的樣品T2弛豫時間分布,比較三種機油T2弛豫時間長短來推測其流動性比較,結果與其機油樣品之原流動特性相符,提供一個以T2弛豫時間分布檢測機油品質的分析方法。
In this study, LabVIEW software in conjunction with a Data Acquisition (DAQ) card was used to capture data from the NMR Demonstrator system. A self-developed T2 relaxation time measurement and analysis program was employed to analyze the T2 transverse relaxation time. The analyzed data was further processed using MATLAB with a self-written Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) inversion method program to compile the T2 relaxation time distribution. The verification process involved analyzing the T2 relaxation time distribution of a copper sulfate pentahydrate aqueous solution with known T2 relaxation times and analyzing the T2 relaxation time distribution of edible oil with known T2 relaxation times.Finally, the measurement and analysis results show that the use of a self-written singular value decomposition (SVD) inversion program is consistent with the original data, verifying the accuracy and feasibility of the singular value decomposition inversion method. Using this analysis method, the T2 relaxation time distribution of samples from three major types of motor oil available on the market was measured and analyzed. By comparing the T2 relaxation times of the three oils, their fluidity was inferred. The results were consistent with the original flow characteristics of the oil samples, providing an analysis method for detecting oil quality based on T2 relaxation time distribution.
