Abstract
本研究以內容分析法進行海事教育學位論文之統整與分析,研究樣本為1981年至2014年間發表之197篇海事教育博碩士論文。研究結果顯示:一、我國自1981年始有以海事教育為議題之論文,發表篇數於2001年起呈現逐年成長趨勢,但於2014年明顯衰退。二、海事教育議題之學術研究,以國立臺灣海洋大學論文產量最高。三、研究主題以探討船員所占比率最高,其次為中等海事教育範疇。四、研究方法以調查研究法運用最廣,其次為內容分析法,較少應用實驗法。本研究結果可提供未來教育決策與研究人員作為海事教育研究指標應用參考。
This research applied the content analysis method to integrate and analyzed maritime education dissertations in Taiwan. It includes 197 master and doctoral dissertations published from 1981 to 2014. The results are as follows: first, the publication of maritime education started in 1981 and the number of research rapid increased from 2005 which means the research on maritime education gained more attention. However, the number of master and doctoral theses decreased in 2014. Second, the academic researches on maritime education are mainly published by the graduate students of public universities, especially in National Taiwan Ocean University. Third, the numbers of master and doctoral theses were mainly focus on “seafarer” and “secondary maritime education”. Forth, the most common methodology was questionnaire survey research, content analysis, and case studies. The results of this study could be a reference for the future research trend and policy making of maritime education.
