泰國華語導遊教材需求分析及編寫之研究

Abstract

華人市場崛起，使泰國觀光業發展迅速，華語導遊也成為熱門志向。目前泰國的華語導遊的培訓與養成，是透過觀光導遊訓練班。這些訓練班主要是各大專院校觀光系開辦的普通導遊培訓班，或是由泰國旅遊開發辦事處每年委託一些單位開辦的普通導遊培訓課程。至於較高階的導覽解說實務，則是依賴以師徒制的跟團學習，或是自學方式養成。本研究認為，藉由優化的導覽解說實務課程設計及教材研究，能提升泰國華語觀光從業人員的導覽品質。因此，本研究旨在透過教材編寫理論的文獻回顧、泰國導遊華語教材的需求分析及泰國導遊教材現況的調查，輔以問卷及訪談，編寫出本研究的自編教材。本研究之教材需求分析問卷旨在調查對泰國華語導遊實務的教材需求。此外，本研究亦以訪談蒐集資料，訪談題目設計包括教材內容、學習項目、練習方法、編排方式等之建議。本研究最後並將以泰國當地華語導遊從業人員對本研究自編教材之評估依據，作為後續教材修訂之參考。The expansion of Chinese market triggered the growth of tourism in Thailand, and Chinese for tour-guide purpose has been popular since then. The general tour guide training courses in Thailand are mainly provided by departments of tourism in colleges, or by other organizations the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) assigns to offer the general training courses. For more advanced tour guide practices, however, it relies on the on-site master-apprentice model or self- study for the training.The study is based on the conception that, with better course design and material design for the advanced tour guide practices, the quality of tour guiding in Thailand can be visibly and significantly improved. Therefore, the study aims at compiling and editing the learning material for the advanced tour guide practices with the insight acquired after some literature review, needs analysis and analysis of current materials for the purpose. A carefully designed survey and interview are also among the research methods utilized in the study.The survey delivered in the study investigated the needs for the learning materials of Chinese for tour guide practices. In addition, the researcher conducted some interviews to collect qualitative data about the needs. Finally, the evaluation of the completed material, conducted by local tour guides in Thailand, along with their feedback and suggestion, will be taken into consideration for further revision.
