Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學體育教師知識管理與教學效能之相關,並分析臺北市國民中學體育教師背景變項(性別、年齡、教育程度、教學年資、現任職務)在知識管理、教學效能的差異情形,最後探討知識管理與教學效能之相關。 本研究採用問卷調查表,以臺北市公私立之國民中學體育教師為對象,且以「臺北市國民中學體育教師知識管理與教學效能之相關問卷」為研究工具,問卷回收後,有效樣本328份,有效率為97%。本研究使用描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關等統計分法進行資料分析,研究結果如下: 一、 臺北市國中體育教師整體知識管理為「中等程度」認知水準。 二、 臺北市國中體育教師整體教學效能為「普遍良好」認知水準。 三、 教師背景變項中,因年齡之不同而在知識的取得、知識的應用、知識的儲存、知識的創新層面上有所差異,因職務之不同而在知識的儲存層面上有所差異,因服務年資之不同而在知識的應用的層面上有所差異。 四、 教師背景變項中,教學自我效能、教學計畫準備、統整課程教材、靈活教學策略、良好師生互動等,不因性別、年齡、教育程度、服務年資、現任職務等教師背景變項的不同而有所差異。 五、 臺北市國民中學體育教師之教師知識管理整體及各層面與教師教學效能整體與各層面之間皆有顯著相關存在。 最後根據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以作為教育行政機關、學校體育行政、國中體育教師及後續研究者之參考。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between PE teachers’ knowledge management and teaching efficiency, and analyse the different PE teachers' background among gender, age, education level, seniority and job description. And explore the relation between knowledge management and teaching efficiency. Questionnaire inquiry was conducted, and participants were chosen from both public and private junior high school in Taipei. The questionnaire effectiveness of recovery was 97%. The collective data was analysed through descriptive statistics, t-test and Pearson product-moment correlation. The results are as following: 1. The overall of PE teachers’ was revealed as “medium level”. 2. The overall of PE teachers’ teaching efficiency was revealed as “average good level”. 3. Because of the difference of age, there were differences among the acquiring, application, storage and creativity of knowledge, and seniority also influence the application of knowledge. 4. The variables of teaching background: teaching self-efficacy, teaching program preparation, intergraded curriculum, teaching methods, interactions between teachers and students will not differ by gender, age, education, seniority, and job. 5. It was found significant relation among PE teachers’ knowledge management and teaching efficiency. Suggestions were provided for reference to educational organization, administration in school system and PE teachers.
