Abstract
在資訊發達與複製科技進步的今天,安全文件的製作與流通變成一門專業的知識,更多的防偽科技與功能被賦予文件安全性的任務,尤以鈔券為甚。而作為鈔券用安全紙張,因為須承載防偽安全功能及作為鈔券流通時之載體,因此扮演著相當重要的角色。本研究希望藉由加速老化試驗,來探討鈔券用安全紙張之抗老化性能。
本研究以鈔券用安全紙張為研究對象,分別為傳統棉質鈔券用安全紙張C及兩種三明治鈔券用安全紙張D、H,並採用不同熱加速老化類型及有無紫外線老化之試驗,進行紙張性能(白度、耐折度)保留率之評估,了解並比較其抗老化之能力。
茲將本研究重要發現分述如下:
一、 耐折度對加速老化之敏感度高於白度。
二、 濕熱加速老化對鈔券用安全紙張之影響小於乾熱加速老化。
三、 整體而言,鈔券用安全紙張D之抗老化能力最佳,其次為C,最後為H。
四、 鈔券用安全紙張D之光學性能表現最佳。而鈔券用安全紙張H在無紫外線老化之乾熱加速老化試驗之性能表現最佳,但在紫外線老化下性能老化最嚴重。
五、 在紫外光老化下,安全紙張C及D發生「光漂白」效果。其原因乃因紙張填充料為二氧化鈦,二氧化鈦與紫外光發生光催化漂白所致。
In today, as the advancement of Information and replication technology. The production and circulation of the security documents become a professional knowledge. More anti-counterfeiting technology and function is given the tasks of documents security, especially banknotes. As the high security banknote paper, because have to carrying anti-counterfeiting security features and as a carrier in the circulation of banknotes, it play a a much important role. This study hope to investigate the anti-aging ability of the high security banknotes paper by accelerated aging test. In this study, high security banknote paper as the research subjects, traditional cotton banknotes of security paper C and two kind of three-layer-substrated banknotes security paper D& H. Using the thermal accelerated aging and the UV degradation test to evaluate the retention of paper performance (ISO brightness & folding endurance) ,then to understand and compare their anti-aging ability. The important findings of the study are as follows: 1. Folding endurance is more sensitivity than ISO brightness in the accelerated aging test. 2. The moist-heat accelerated aging is less effect than the dry-heat accelerated aging. 3. Overall, the high security banknotes paper Dhas the best anti-aging ability, followed by C, and the last H. 4. The best optical performance is the high security banknotes paper D. And the high security banknotes paper H has the best performance in the dry-heat accelerated aging without UV degradation, but under UV degradation the performance degradation is the most serious. 5. Under UV deterioration, the banknote security paper C and D have occur " photpcatalysis bleaching ", its causes that paper filler is titanium dioxide (TiO2). Titanium dioxide and ultraviolet light catalytic bleaching caused. Titanium dioxide and UV excitation occur the photocatalytic bleaching.
