zh_TW
In the field of sports, there are two seemingly different and opposing philosophical tendencies, which are tendency of"forgetting" and "remembering". The philosophical tendency of "remember-ing" advocates the positive effect of "cognition" on "body-knowledge", and believes that "cognition" can ensure the rigor, objectivity, comprehensibility, and communicability of knowledge, but at the same time it also produces the fallacies of "Cognition is equal to body-knowledge " and "cognition must precede body-knowledge". The philosophical tendency of “forgetting" is a opposing tendency of "remembering". Its main position is to object the help of"cognition" to "body-knowledge", and argues that "cognition" itself is a limitation, which cannot help people grasp body knowledge, and may even prevent people from obtaining bodily knowledge. However, although this “forgetting” ap-proach frees people from constraints of cognition, it also creates other problems, which are “difficul-ties in teaching and learning”, “self-contradiction of theoretical authors”, and “degenerating into an unscientific theory”. This article first attempts to investigate the content of these two philosophical tendencies in order to explain the phenomena in the field of sports; Then, after understanding the advantages and disadvantages of these two philosophical tendencies, this article attempts to grasp the relationship between"forgetting" and "remembering" from the dynamic view of "organic holism", and puts forward the main argument of this article:“The dynamic theory of forgetting and remem-bering”, which is that forgetting” and “remembering” are not only two compatible philosophical tendencies, but also mutually necessary.en_US
