未婚成人之不安全依附與婚姻態度

Abstract

本研究旨在探討未婚成人不安全依附與婚姻態度之間的關聯，並進一步分析不同背景變項與不安全依附對婚姻態度之影響。本研究採問卷調查法，以便利取樣方式選取18歲至40歲之未婚者為研究對象，共回收454份有效問卷。研究工具包含自編之「成人依附量表」與「婚姻態度量表」，並以描述性統計、相依樣本t檢定、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析與階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結果顯示，性別為影響未婚成人婚姻態度之重要因素：女性對「婚姻的必要」與「婚姻的嚮往」認同程度較低，對「婚姻的風險」認同程度則較高。此外，不安全依附對婚姻態度具有顯著影響力：焦慮依附對「婚姻的必要」、「婚姻的風險」、「婚姻的穩定」與「婚姻的嚮往」皆具正向影響；逃避依附則對「婚姻的風險」具正向影響，對「婚姻的穩定」與「婚姻的嚮往」具負向影響。最後，根據研究結果，本研究提出對實務應用與後續研究之建議，期能作為學術與實務推動之參考。

This study aimed to explore the relationship between insecure attachment and marital attitudes among unmarried adults, as well as to analyze the influence of different background variables and insecure attachment on marital attitudes. A questionnaire survey was conducted using convenience sampling method, targeting unmarried individuals aged 18 to 40 in Taiwan. A total of 454 valid responses were collected. The research instruments included self-developed Adult Attachment and Marital Attitude Scales. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-tests, Pearson’s correlation, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis.The results indicated that gender was a significant factor influencing marital attitudes among unmarried adults. Female participants showed lower levels of agreement with the necessity and desirability of marriage, and higher levels of agreement with the risks of marriage. In addition, insecure attachment had a significant impact on marital attitudes. Anxious attachment had positive effects on the necessity of marriage, risks of marriage, stability of marriage, and desirability of marriage, whereas avoidant attachment had a positive effect on the risks of marriage and negative effects on the stability of marriage and desirability of marriage.Based on the findings, the study provides suggestions for practical application and future research, aiming to serve as a reference for both academic inquiry and practical development.
