dc.description.abstract本文由一場心智障礙者才藝表演談起，提示幾個省思的方向：活動的設計是否注重個別化？訓練的過程是否符合正常化教學的精神？成員的募集是否尊重學生意願？是否剝奪了低功能學生參與的機會？此外，文中也澄清了才藝表演的真正目的，教育工作者及行政人員應有的正確態度，並列舉國內外的實施方式。zh_tw
