從符號學理論觀點建構視覺圖像創作之研究-以馬戲團的視覺設計風格為例

Abstract

人類從事傳播活動時，必須靠著符號來傳遞，而創造符號圖像的人就是設計師。設計師的專長為將人類所感覺到的形態，透過思考發想，經由過程轉換成具體的符號、色彩或是圖像。 本研究旨在透過文獻資料的研究，分析討論符號學的相關論述，提出符號學理論中-索緒爾的兩軸定論(系譜軸和毗鄰軸)和圖像記號表現形式中-象徵的見解，交錯產生一套幫助設計師創意發想的方法，藉此建構馬戲團文化圖像符號之脈絡，分析圖像符號的形成，並將視覺傳達設計應用於馬戲團文化的可能性。 此研究設計分為兩個階段來進行： 第一個階段是透過文獻調查法的方式，提出例樣，套用於此設計發想方法，將過程和結果做系統歸納。第二個階段則是透過理論來操作設計，以設計創作的方式，把第一階段的分析結果，應用於馬戲團文化的創作表現。期望衍生出新的設計方法，讓設計師在設計發想過程中，可以運用這個方法，幫助創意衍生。When the humanity is engaged in dissemination, must depend on the sign to transmit, but creates the sign image the person is a designer.
