經驗、知識、記憶-一位高中籃球教練的敘說探究

摘 要
本研究採取Clandinin, D. J.與Connelly, F. M.的敘說探究方法論觀點,探究田野裡的真實教練經驗,並將研究的焦點鎖定在三個主要面向,分別為籃球教練的深度經驗風貌、籃球教練的實踐知識內涵、與籃球教練的社會文化處境。
從五個生命主題的定置與敘說中,本研究展現了經驗故事的深度,詮釋教練經驗的意義;從知識的肉身化、知識的圖像化、知識的體驗化、哲學的實踐化敘說中,教練展現了實踐知識;在運動員的文化處境、實踐者的學術處境、體制內的圈圈邏輯裡,研究者指認出了基層教練的生存處境,並從籃球隊與運動文化的型塑中,看見了基層實踐者的能動性,以及其對於社群凝聚的文化動力。

Experience, Knowledge, and Memory —A Narrative Inquiry of a Senior High School Basketball Coach Graduate Student:Lee, Yu-Feng Adivisors:Liu, I-Min Hsu, I-Shung Abstract This study adopts Clandinin, D. J. and Connelly, F. M.’s methodology of narrative inquiry to investigate a basketball coach’s real experience in the sports field, especially stresses three dimensions: a coach’s subtle insight into the coaching experience, realization of practical knowledge, and the coach’s social–cultural position. By setting and narrating five life themes, the study presents profound experiential stories and the meaning of coaching experience. From the embodiment of knowledge, the figuralization of knowledge, the experience of knowledge, and practical narrative of philosophy, the coach reveals the practical knowledge. From athletes’ cultural situations, practitioners’ academic positions, and the logic of sports system, the researcher indicates high school coaches’ actual positions in the sports society. At the same time, by coaching the school basketball team and constructing sports culture on campus, the researcher perceives and sees the positive functions of the practitioner, and sports power toward community cohesion.
