Abstract

數位典藏的概念即為透過標準的建置流程與模式,將有價值的文化資產以數位化的方式予以保存。本文首先透過文獻探討釐清學生作品數位典藏的定義、價值及典藏學生作品的重要性,並了解數位典藏的發展與系統建置模式與標準,包括數位典藏工作建置流程、國際Metadata標準以及作品數位化規格。並探討我國學生作品數位典藏建置在各個面向所面臨的問題,針對現況與問題擬訂適合國內學生作品數位典藏的工作流程、數位化影像標準及後設資料設定標準。 研究者以身為國民中學現職美術教師角度,了解學生作品數位典藏系統建置的各項需求,詳列學生作品數位典藏系統建置需求規格書。考量學校環境設備,使用各級學校最容易取得且普遍的軟硬體資源。以「數位典藏國家型科技計畫」的數位典藏建置原則為藍本,參考「數位典藏與數位學習國家型科技計畫」之各項工作經驗及規範。簡化典藏工作內容及流程,建立國民中學學生美術作品數位典藏建置所需後設資料、數位檔案與資訊技術等相關的作業規範。針對系統建置所需執行的工作流程、人力、技術等專業知識整合規劃,設計乙套使用者易於操作及維護的開放性互動式的數位典藏系統。最後實際以中和國中美術班作品數位典藏系統為例導入實作,提供全國各中學建立學生作品數位典藏建置之參考模式。
The concept of digital archives is to preserve valuable cultural assets through the standard processes and mode by digital technology. In this thesis, literature review was used to clarify the definition, value and importance of digital archives system(DAS) for students' art works in junior high school. In this study, we investigate the development of digital archives, implementation model and standards, the principle and specifications of DAS of National Digital Archives Program Taiwan e-Learning and Digital Archives Program, and the problems encountered when build this DAS model. The workflow, digital image standard, metadata standard, and requirement specifications of this DAS model were then established. Chung-Ho junior high school students' art works were then employed using this DAS model. An open interactive DAS and Web platform was finally designed to provide the implementation for the teachers and students in junior high school.
