資訊圖表運用於臺灣自行車產業聚落網站設計創作研究

Abstract
自後疫情時代以來人們提升了健康的意識,希望透過運動提高自身的免疫力,過去在疫情嚴峻期間為了保持安全的社交距離,世界各地開始有上班族改用自行車作為通勤代步的工具,促成2022年臺灣自行車產業的外銷訂單來到歷史高峰;然而,因為在疫情期間過度製造生產,在2023年產生需要去化庫存的問題。本研究長期觀察發現臺灣自行車產業B2B電子採購商務網站,如輪彥國際、經緯國際與臨界數位,其網站均以產品作為分類,對於國外自行車買家安排訪廠行程不甚便利,故本研究嘗試以臺灣自行車產業聚落的地理位置作為分類,以「原型法」(Prototyping)運用資訊圖表設計(Infographics)元素製作網站,結合資訊圖表的地圖類型搭配圖形符號(Pictogram)完成原型網站的建置與調查。本研究蒐集相關文獻分析發現以資訊圖表運用於自行車產業聚落網站具有可行性,並藉由原型法進行線上問卷及深度訪談後獲取自行車產業專家對於原型法的正面回饋,最後依據上述研究結果進行自行車產業聚落與旅遊網站設計創作,提供國外自行車業者迅速取得採購資訊,並能更直覺方便安排訪廠及旅遊行程。
Since the post-pandemic era, people have increased their awareness of health, hoping to boost their immunity through exercise. During the height of the pandemic, to maintain safe social distancing, office workers worldwide began using bicycles as a commuting tool. This shift led Taiwan's bicycle industry to reach a historic peak in export orders in 2022. However, due to excessive production during the pandemic, the industry faced inventory clearance issues in 2023. Through long-term observation, this study found that B2B e-commerce platforms in Taiwan’s bicycle industry, such as Taiwan Bicycle Source (TBS), Taiwan Bicycle Guide (TBG) and Bicycle Cluster, categorize their websites by products, which is not particularly convenient for international bicycle buyers when arranging factory visits. Therefore, this study attempts to categorize information based on the geographic locations of Taiwan's bicycle industry clusters. Using the Prototyping methodology, the study incorporates infographics design elements to develop a prototype website. The prototype combines map-based infographics with pictograms to create a functional website for evaluation and analysis. A literature review revealed that using infographics for bicycle industry cluster websites is feasible. Online surveys and in-depth interviews with industry experts were conducted, yielding positive feedback regarding the prototype approach. Finally, based on the research findings, the study designed and developed a website integrating information on industrial clusters and tourism. The platform aims to provide international buyers with quick access to procurement information while offering a more intuitive and convenient way to arrange factory visits and travel itineraries.
