Abstract

  本研究旨在探討新移民在台灣社會中參與社區活動的現況,與其本身族群認同的情形,並進一步分析新移民在不同人口變項與家庭背景因素下,其社區參與、族群認同是否有差異,以及社區參與對其本身族群認同的影響。      經由文獻探討及參考相關研究之後,本研究採用問卷調查法,以自行編修「新移民社區參與對其族群認同之影響問卷」為研究工具,透過新移民團體的協助,針對參加新北市開辦的成人基本教育計畫─外籍配偶班以及新北市社區之新移民女性發送出500份問卷,共回收有效問卷471份,經過統計套裝軟體SPSS22.0版進行統計分析,研究發現陳述如下: 一、新移民的社區參與屬於中上的程度 二、新移民的族群認同程度屬於中上的程度,尤其是「族群歸屬感」最好 三、有工作、家庭支持度越高的新移民其社區參與程度較佳 四、新移民的工作與否對其族群認同中族群態度面向上有差異影響 五、家庭支持度高的新移民其族群認同程度較佳 六、新移民社區參與對其族群認同有極顯著正相關 七、新移民社區參與對其族群認同具有預測作用   本研究依據上述發現,針對新移民及其家庭、相關公部門、民間團體與組織與後續研究提出具體建議以供參考。 關鍵字:新移民、社區參與、族群認同
  This research investigates the situation of the new immigrants participate the community activities in Taiwan and their own ethnic identity. Analyze if there are differences of ethnic identity or community participate due to the different family backgrounds and the population variables of the new immigrants. And also discuss what’s the influence of community participate to their own ethnic identity.   Through the references, using a self-editing questionnaire " Study on Effect of Community Participate on Ethnic Identity of New Immigrants " as the research tool in this study. It sent out 500 questionnaires, 471 valid questionnaires were collected through the statistical software SPSS22.0 to analyze, the study found the following results: 1.The level of participate community for the new immigrants is middle. 2.The ethnic identity level of the new immigrants is upper. Particularly, the "ethnic belonging" is the best. 3.The new immigrants who have job and family support are better in community participate than others. 4.The new immigrants are working or not shows different affection in the ethnic attitude of the Ethnic Identity part. 5.The new immigrants with higher family support have higher Ethnic Identity. 6.It has a very significant positive correlation between new immigrants participate community and their own Ethnic Identity. 7.Participating community can predict the new immigrants own ethnic identity.   Basing on the above findings, this study is for new immigrants and their families, the relevant public sectors, civil society organizations and the follow-up study to make specific recommendations.
