Abstract
大學生性健康素養程度與其性健康息息相關,本研究針對「性健康素養問卷」進行量表的測試,以瞭解大學生目前的性健康素養與愛滋病防範的程度,並檢視其在臺灣地區的適用性。
本研究以一百零八學年度第二學期共216位大學生為對象,進行問卷調查,進行描述性統計與運用結構方程模式進行模式測試。結果發現在20題性健康素養的總分在75.44,標準差17.31,4題愛滋病預防的總分為15.93,標準差為2.56。而在透過結構方程模型中亦發現,模式的配適度達到標準,性健康素養得分與愛滋病預防得分亦呈現正向關係。本研究根據結果建議大學端應該提供性健康相關的課程,以提升大學生的性健康素養和愛滋病預防能力,本量表亦可供日後性健康與性教育相關研究使用。
The sexual health literacy of college students is closely associated with their sexual health. This study applied the sexual health literacy questionnaire to explore the current sexual health literacy and AIDS prevention level of college students, and to examine its applicability in Taiwan. In this study, 216 college students in the second semester of the 108 academic year were selected as the participants to administer a questionnaire survey, descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling was used to analyze data. The results showed that the total score of sexual health literacy was 75.44, the standard deviation was 17.31. The total score of AIDS prevention was 15.93 and the standard deviation was 2.56. Through the structural equation modeling, the study also found that goodness-of-fit of the proposed model reached the recommended standard, and the score of sexual health literacy was positively associated with that of AIDS prevention. According to the results of this study, we suggest that universities should provide sexual health related program to improve the sexual health literacy and AIDS prevention ability of college students. The questionnaire of sexual health literacy can also be used for future research on sexuality health and education.
