Abstract

本研究旨在瞭解臺北市國民中學學校教師工作倫理及教育任務實現的現況,並求其兩者之相關。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,並根據相關文獻編製「學校教師工作倫理與教育任務實現之相關研究調查問卷」作為研究工具。本研究以臺北市之公立國民中學學校人員為研究對象,共計發放492份正式問卷,有效問卷為461份,故有效回收率為93.7%。所得資料進一步以描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析等方法進行分析處理,獲得之結論如下: 壹、教師工作倫理現況屬於中高程度,其中以「公平正義」知覺程度最高,「反覆省思」知覺程度最低。 貳、教育任務實現現況屬於中高程度,其中以「教師教學效能」實現程度最佳,「班級經營成效」實現程度較差。 叁、擔任教師兼主任職務的學校人員,對學校教師工作倫理的知覺情形較高。 肆、教師工作倫理與教育任務實現息息相關。 伍、教師工作倫理中「反覆省思」與「關懷他人」頗為關鍵。 陸、教師反覆省思能力需再加強 最後,根據結論,研究者針對教育行政機關、學校行政領導者、學校教師以及未來研究提出相關建議,以供參考。
This study aimed to understand the current situation regarding the work ethics of junior high school teachers and the achievement of their educational tasks in Taipei City. A questionnaire survey method was adopted to achieve this purpose. Based on the results a review of the pertinent literature, a questionnaire named “A questionnaire on the work ethics and educational tasks achievement of school teachers” was developed. The subjects of this study were the faculty of all public junior high schools in Taipei City. A total of 492 questionnaires were mailed in the sampling investigation. Of these 461 complete questionnaires were collected, resulting in a returns-ratio of 93.7%. The data were then further analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The level of the perception of teachers’ work ethics shows as being above average. Integrity is ranked highest, while persistent self-reflection has a relatively low score. 2. The current state of the educational tasks achievement of school teachers in junior high schools in Taipei City shows to be above average. The highest level of achievement is “teachers’ teaching effectiveness”, while “classroom management” receives the lowest score. 3. Teachers serving concurrently as directors of the offices show to have a better perception of work ethics. 4. There is significant correlation between teachers’ work ethics and educational tasks achievement. 5. Integrity and caring are major dilemmas of teachers’ work ethics. 6. The ability of teachers’ work ethics of reflection must be strengthened. Finally, referent advices deduced from this study could be used by the education administration authorities, school administration leaders, teachers and future researchers.
