技專院校建構學生能力指標現況之分析研究

Abstract
本研究係透過內容分析法,針對臺灣地區截至2010 年2月1 日前已發表之技專院校學生能力指標建構相關研究計畫,依研究主題、研究對象、研究典範、研究方法、研究工具等層面的發展進行主題分析與內容分析,探討臺灣地區技專院校學生能力指標建構研究計畫之概況與趨勢,期能提供未來從事技職教育相關研究之參考。
綜合本研究之發現,結論及建議如下:
一、臺灣地區技專院校學生能力指標研究數量不足,盼望能有更多技職學者投入研究,提出建議,以提供教育行政機關、學校、教師及社會人士做為參考。
二、臺灣地區技專院校學生能力指標研究主題之趨勢符應整體教育環境之變遷與政策之變革。研究主題以「工業工程」類占大多數,而「海事水產、食品」類目前未有學者投入研究。
三、臺灣地區技專院校學生能力指標研究典範「以量為主」、研究方法主要是「問卷調查研究」、研究工具以「問卷」使用比例最高,建議在進行教育研究時,應考量各種研究方法本身所衍生的限制,依據問題性質、內容屬性、研究特性,選擇適用的教育研究方法。
This thesis is based on the content analysis methods to research the theses written by the graduate students of technical and vocational universities in Taiwan, published before February 1st, 2010. By examining the number of papers, research subject matters, topics, paradigm, methods and tools, and by applying subject and content analysis to the discuss the research project of the students’ ability index profile and the trend of the Technological and Vocational Universities in Taiwan; hopefully they will provide another reference point for the future researchers and enhance further vocational research and development. The results were as follows: 1. The researches of the students’ability index profile of the Technological and Vocational universities in Taiwan are insufficient, hoping to have more academics into vocational studies, make recommendations to provide the executive authorities of education, schools, teachers and the community as references. 2. Research topics of the category of "industrial engineering" accounted for the majority, followed by "Business and Management", and at present , "Marine Fisheries, Food" has no scholars interested in them yet. 3. According to this research, the subject matters correspond with rapid changes in the modern educational environment and policy. 4. Vocational high school in the category of education was the most studying topics. Nation-wide was the most covered area from which the samples were drawn. Quantitative-oriented was the most employed research paradigm. Survey was the main research method of choice while Questionnaire was the most used research tool.
