教育機構識別系統塑造之創作研究-以台北市立永吉國中為例
Abstract
本論文「教育機構識別系統塑造之創作研究—以台北市立永吉國中為例」研究架構共分為五個章節,為順應教育改革之浪潮,跳脫傳統被動的學校經營模式,以探討學校CI之重要性與建立學校識別系統(SIS)的延伸價值,以因應學校經營所面臨的種種挑戰。
學校屬台北市信義區邊陲,學區屬五分埔成衣商圈、饒河夜市與鄰近跨學區的南港區、汐止市。特殊的環境文化,讓外界總有不如他校之誤,此乃減班之首因,藉由學校的SWOT分析及同區域校園文化現況的調查與比較,歸納確認學校識別形象必得重塑與提升,此為本研究之基點。並研究企業識別相關書籍、期刊、學術論文與研究,作詳盡的了解與探討作為導入學校識別之理論根據,探究重塑學校形象暨學校經營企業化的重要性。
學校識別形象設計規劃部分,以網路抽樣教育機構徽誌案例:如教育部、教育局、各國、高中校徽、國內外各大學校徽等共122所;各機構皆有代表性徽誌,就造型結構、色彩運用、整體設計形式的分析歸納做為實作創作之參考;並融合校園視覺設計應具備整體性、教育性、經濟性、美觀性、合作性、安全性六大原則(林萬義,1993),展現學校識別系統(SIS)整體性的規劃。並探討學校識別的形成過程、實際運用、宣導措施及功用,以加強發展學校特色、推展學校優質形象,達成學校願景目標。
研究者企圖藉由本研究之探討為學校規劃設計系統性的學校識別系統,塑造優質學校形象,惟因時間及校方經費與其他因素,無法全面性的整合與推動;因此於最後結論與後續建議篇,將提出研究及相關製作心得,並爭取做為學校未來實施視覺識別系統之方案及必要之管理與評估。
The research structure of the thesis, “Research of establishing identification system of education institution… example of Taipei Municipal Yong Ji Junior High School” consists of five chapters. It discusses the importance of school corporate identity and explores the value extension of establishing school identity system. Complying with the trend of educational evolution, and for dealing with the various challenges of school operations, school operation model should jump out the traditional passive. The school is located in the edge of Sinyi district, Taipei City which includes WuFenPu Garment Market、Raohe Night Market and neighboring school district; Nangang and Sijhih. Prior reason of diminishing number of classes is misunderstanding of incompetence to other school because of the special environment culture. In the basis of this research, it concludes that school identity image should be reformed and upgraded by school SWOT analysis and the investigation and comparison of current school culture in the same area. Research on the relative books、periodical、educational theses in detail becomes the basic theory of implementing school identity. A deep study was made to the importance of reform of school image as well as school operation model. Concerning the part of school identity image design planning, it takes 122 samples of logos of educational institutes through internet from ministry of education、department of education、high school and universities in domestic or overseas. There are representative logos in each institute. To analyze and conclude the model structure、color performance and design pattern as reference in innovation genartaion. In accordance with six principles in designing campus vision(林萬義,1993):wholeness、education、economy、artistry、cooperation and safety to demonstrate the whole planning of school identity system. This thesis also discusses the forming process、real application、guidance activity and usage of school identity for enhancing school traits development、promoting school positive image and reaching school visioning goal. The researcher is attempting to plan and design a systemized school identity system for forming a better school image by this research. Due to the time and budget limitation, currently the integrated plan could not fully complete. This research offers the manipulation to strive for the implementation of vision identity system and the necessaries of management and evaluation in the future.
