dc.description.abstract摘要 本研究旨在探討個案學校高中優質化輔助方案實施成效,藉以瞭解高中優質 化輔助方案的現況與實施困境及其對學校的影響,最後試著找出解決策略。基於 研究目的,並深入探究高中優質化輔助方案,本研究採質性研究,以微笑高級中學為個案進行研究,並藉由訪談與文件分析等方法蒐集資料,以解答研究問題。 本研究經由上述資料的分析與討論結果,獲得以下有關具體成效層面之結論: 壹、學生升入學表現層面:優質化方案挹注招生獎金,可提升入學成績PR值且有助招生。 貳、學生多元學習表現層面:能提高學生多元學習表現。 參、教師服務表現層面:可激勵教師用心,投入教學與輔導工作。 肆、家長參與活動層面:提升社區與家長對學校的肯定及參與。 伍、重要議題課程實施層面:能落實十大議題融入課程教學活動,培養學生關懷 生命及社會的情操。 陸、校務發展層面:優質化方案與學校現況契合度高,能提高方案的可行性及效 能。 柒、教師教學與專業發展層面:激勵教師專業進修發展以提升教學效能。 捌、家長社區參與層面:提高社區對學校的認同度,能獲得更多的外部資源。 玖、校園文化層面:能營造溫馨友善與民主參與的校園文化。 本研究經由上述資料的分析與討論結果,獲得以下有關仍待改善層面之結論: 壹、學生升入學表現層面:實施期程短無法彰顯成效,就近入學情形不顯著。 貳、教師服務表現層面:教師對高中優質化輔助方案內涵了解不夠深入,主動參 與意願不高。 參、校務發展層面:增加工作負擔且內外部溝通協調困難。 肆、資源補助之籌措與運用的妥適性層面: 一、部份預算名目契合度低,執行困難影響工作士氣。 二、政府補助經費有限,學校需自籌部份款項。 本研究依前述結論,分別針對教育行政主管機關、實施學校及後續研究提出下列的建議。 壹、對教育主管機關的建議 一、應研擬修訂高中與大學的入學方式,以吸引更多高中參與試辦方案。 二、應賦予高中職校較大的自主權,以落實學校本位管理。 三、推動高中優質化輔助方案應有長期的配套政策。 貳、對實施學校的建議 一、學校內部成員應形成共識。 二、建立獎勵辦法,以激勵全員參與。 三、應聚焦於教師專業成長與學生學習層面,方能達成優質化目的。 四、應將高中優質化輔助方案納入校務發展計畫。 參、對後續研究的建議 一、擴大研究範圍。 二、改變研究方法。 三、轉換研究主題。 (一)社區學生與家長對高中優質化輔助方案實施的滿意度。 (二)高中優質化輔助方案的後設探討。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA case study on the outcome and impact of high quality senior high school program Abstract This study was aimed at exploring the effect of the case school which implemented the high quality senior high school program, and understanding the current situation of the high quality senior high school program, the outcome and impact on schools, and finally trying to find the solutions to the encountered difficulties. In order to answer the assumptions, the study took the Smile senior high school as the case and both in-depth interview and documentary analysis were administered to collect the data. According to the above-mentioned research process, some conclusions about specific target dimensions of effectiveness were as follows: 1. The dimension of the students’ academic performance both in entrance and graduation: the high quality senior high school program offerred enrollment scholarship, and upgraded students’ college entrance performance and raise the enrollment rate of Smile high school.. 2. Students multiple achievement dimension: to improve the learning performance of students. 3. Teacher performance dimension: to encourage teachers’ teaching and counseling. 4. Parental participation in the activity dimension: to enhance the community and parents on the recognition and participation in school activities. 5. The implementation of important issues and courses dimension: the big ten issues that could be implemented into the teaching activities, and cultivate students sentiment in caring about lives and society. 6. The school development dimension: the high quality senior high school program fit the status of the school, and it could improve the feasibility and effectiveness of the program. 7. Teachers’ teaching and professional development dimension: to encourage the professional development of teachers and to enhance the effectiveness of teaching. 8. Parents community participation dimension: to raise community support for schools, access to more external resources. 9. Campus culture dimension: to create a friendly and democratic participation in the campus culture The conclusions of those needed to be improved were as follows: 1. The dimension of the students’ academic performance both in entrance and graduation: short period of the program couldn’t promote effectiveness and nearby school enrollment were not significant. 2. Teacher performance dimension : teachers didn’t understand the program well and not willing to participate actively. 3. The school development dimension: the burden increased and internal and external communication and coordination was difficult. 4. Resource mobilization and proper utilization of the grants dimension : (1) Part of the budget items couldn’t match practice, and the implementation difficulties affected morale. (2) The government grants was limited, school needed to raise part of the money. Based on the conclusions, some recommendations were offered to Educational Authority Concerned, and follow-up researcher respectively.en_US
