體驗教育方案對輔導員培養人際溝通之成效研究-以新北市某旅行社為例

Abstract

本研究目的在探討體驗教育對於旅行社活動輔導員培養人際溝通能力的成效如何,對象設定是新進接受訓練的輔導員,主要使用質性研究的研究方法,透過半結構式的訪談,經過資料分析、產生的研究發現如下: 一、 體驗教育方案對輔導員培養人際溝通產生了正向的影響 結合人際溝通理論的內涵來訂立影響的構面,研究對象在參與體驗教育方案後,在訊息的解讀、語言的表達、社交行為的解讀、信任彼此、團隊的氛圍感受等都能提升,並在方案之後能影響工作場域能更加順利。 二、 體驗教育方案對人際溝通產生機轉 體驗教育方案讓研究對象的活動歷程實際產生影響,並且在設計時結合研究對象的實際生活經驗,依照這個二個特性,使參與方案的人能產生機轉。 本研究歸納出體驗教育方案對於輔導員的人際溝通能力是有正向的影響的,選用人際溝通的訊息交換模式,透過體驗教育方案讓彼此的經驗能夠連結,並把干擾降低,因此人際溝通人力得到提升,也提到往後的研究建議,能夠增加其他領域的理論交集,使研究結果能夠更加全面,課程設計的方案選擇與引導員的帶領重點,最後是研究者在研究過程中的省思。
The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of experience education in training interpersonal communication skills for travel agency counselors. The target setting is a newly-trained counselor, mainly using research methods of qualitative research. Through semi-structured interviews, through data analysis, The resulting research found the following: 1. Experiential education programs have a positive impact on coaches' interpersonal communication According to the connotation of interpersonal communication theory to establish the impact facet, after participating in the experience education program, the research object can improve the interpretation of the message, the expression of language, the interpretation of social behavior, trust in each other, and the atmosphere of the team. After the plan can affect the work area to be smoother. 2. Experiential Education Program Creates Opportunities for Interpersonal Communication The experience education program makes the actual impact of the research object's activities, and combines the actual life experience of the research object when designing, according to these two characteristics, so that the people participating in the program can have a chance. This study concludes that the experience education program has a positive impact on the interpersonal communication ability of the counselor. The information exchange mode of interpersonal communication is selected. Through the experience education program, the experience of each other can be connected and the interference is reduced. It has been improved, and also mentioned future research suggestions, which can increase the theoretical intersection in other fields, so that the research results can be more comprehensive, the choice of curriculum design and the focus of the guide, and finally the researcher's reflection in the research process .
