Abstract

我國產學攜手合作計畫是以發揚技職教育「做中學、學中做」務實致用之特色,建置以兼顧學生就學與就業為基礎之新教育模式,計畫的實施迄今邁入第五年,本研究旨在瞭解產學攜手合作計畫的辦理模式,研究採用質性的研究進行資料蒐集、描述、解釋及分析,運用文獻分析法、文件分析法與內容分析法的方法,進行研究目的之分析與討論,以瞭解產學攜手合作計畫的實施概念與執行概況,並進一步探討產學攜手合作計畫中的教學模式種類,最後進行產學攜手合作計畫審查委員意見的彙整與分析。 依據研究結果分析出高職學校現行採用的教學模式為六種,技專校院現行採用的教學模式為九種,高職學校銜接技專校院現行採用的教學模式共計二十五種類別;並依據97 至99 學年度申辦計畫件數,採用高職銜接技專校院件數最多的「實習式+實習式」與「輪調式+輪調式」二種教學模式種類,進行產學攜手合作計畫審查委員意見分析,提出可供借鏡之處與應注意事項的具體作法。 最後,本研究依據研究目的與研究結論,期能提供教育行政主管機關、高職學校、技專校院、合作廠商、行政院勞工委會職業訓練局、社團法人中華民國管理科學學會訪視作業研究單位、國立臺灣師範大學審查作業研究單位、參與產學攜手合作計畫的審查委員、訪視委員、教師、學生、家長與相關參與對象,及後續研究者之參酌。
The purpose of the education-industry plan is to enhance the characteristics of learning by doing and doing by learning from industrial education and to set a new educational model. The education-industry plan has been exercised for five years. To achieve the study purpose, a qualitative study was conducted to gather, describe, explain and analyze documents. The purpose of the study is to understand its executing modes. To sum up, the researcher brings up the categories of executing modes and teaching models of education-industry plan. Major findings of the study are summarized below: 1. 6 teaching models are adopted at vocational high schools. 2. 9 teaching models are adopted at vocational colleges. 3. 25 teaching models are adopted at vocational high schools and vocational colleges. Finally, the researcher hopes the purposes and conclusions of the study could offer some suggestions to vocational high schools, vocational colleges, cooperative firms, council of labor affairs, administrative authorities and researchers.
