新竹市各級學校教師休閒活動涉入及休閒效益相關之研究

dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討新竹市各級學校教師休閒活動涉入和休閒效益兩者之相關情形。休閒活動涉入所探討的包含吸引力、中心性及自我表現三個構面。休閒效益所探討的包含生理效益、心理效益及社交效益與心智效益四個構面。本研究以新竹市98學年度各級學校教師為研究對象,採用分層叢集隨機抽樣方式進行問卷調查法。本量表共發放561份,回收之有效問卷總數計528份,有效回收率94.1%。研究工具包括「休閒活動涉入量表」、「休閒效益量表」,並透過SPSS12.0統計套裝軟體進行分析,資料分析的個人背景變項有性別、年齡、學制、家庭生命週期、職務、個人所得、任教年資、每週持續(累積)時間等8項。有效樣本依研究目的及驗證假設之需,分別採用描述性統計、推論統計(信度分析、項目分析)、單因子變異數分析(One-way ANOVA)、雪費爾事後比較(Scheffe's)、探索性因素分析、典型相關分析等統計方法進行資料處理,研究結果發現: 一、量表各因素在背景變項差異考驗結果:在休閒活動涉入量表方面有不同性別及不同持續時間等背景變項有顯著差異存在。在休閒效益量表方面有不同性別背景變項有顯著差異存在。 二、以休閒活動涉入、休閒效益各構面來檢視彼此間的關係,得知休閒活動涉入與休閒效益,互相之間皆具有顯著的相關存在。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This research is to investigate the relationship between leisure activity involvement and leisure effectiveness for school teachers in Hsinchu city. Leisure activity involvement includes three facets such as attractiveness, focus, and self-performance. On the other hand, leisure effectiveness considers four facets such as physical, psychological, social, and cognitive impacts. The research conducted surveys based on random sampling for active school teachers as in the 98th academic year in Hsinchu city. Among 561 survey questionnaires distributed, 528 were returned, implying a 94.1% of valid return rate. The research used SPSS12.0 statistical software to analyze data in the tables of leisure activity involvement and leisure effectiveness from the returned questionnaires. The survey also has personal information such as gender, age, education degree, family, job, income, years of service, and weekly leisure hours. Based on research objectives and hypotheses, returned questionnaires were analyzed via descriptive statistics, inference statistics (reliability analysis, discrete analysis), one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’s after-fact comparisons, heuristics analysis, and correlation analysis. The research concludes: 1.Personal information plays an important role. Specifically, gender and weekly leisure hours are significant to leisure activity involvement while gender is significant to leisure effectiveness. 2.There exists a strong relationship between leisure activity involvement and leisure effectiveness. | en_US |
