Abstract
本研究目的為建構台灣放射護理師專業之能力指標。在2019年先進行三場焦點訪談,訪談20名放射科醫師與護理人員,了解放射護理師角色與所需專業能力,再以德懷術研究法,邀請15名專家進行二回合問卷調查,建構放射護理師專業能力。結果如下:
1. 焦點訪談結果歸納出放射護理師9個角色,包括:生命監控者、護理照顧者、溝通協調者、安全評估者、衛生教育者、關懷支持者、團隊合作者、教育指導者、衛材藥品管理者。
2. 專家德懷術問卷調查結果,放射護理師專業能力指標包括專業構面3項(知識、態度、技能)、專業能力項目9項、專業能力指標28項。
3. 放射護理師專業知識構面能力項目3項:提升放射護理專業知識、瞭解放射診斷科檢查知能、具備感染管制與急救知能。
4. 放射護理師專業態度構面能力項目2項:追求自我成長提升放射護理專業服務、遵守放射護理職場倫理與道德觀念。
5. 放射護理師專業技能構面能力項目4項:放射護理實作技能、團隊合作與問題解決的能力、放射科行政管理能力、教學與研究能力。
建議可參考本研究所發展專業能力指標,建構「臺灣放射護理師專業能力指標」專業發展與工作評核之參考。
The purpose of this study was to construct the indicators of professional competence for radiology nurses in Taiwan. In 2019, three focus groups were conducted with 20 radiologists and nurses to explore radiology nurse’s role. In addition, a two-round Delphi survey was performed to integrate the opinions of 15 experts to construct the indicators. The results were as follows. 1. The focus group results identified nine roles of radiology nurses including: vital signs monitor, caregiver, coordinator, safety assessor, health educator, care supporter, team partner, instructor, and medication administerer. 2. The Delphi survey results identified three professional domains (knowledge, attitude, skills), nine competence areas, and twenty-eight competence indicators of radiology nurses. 3. The professional knowledge domain included three competence areas: radiation care knowledge, diagnostic radiology, infection control and first aid. 4. The professional attitude domain included two competence areas: professional growth and professional ethical practice. 5. The professional skill domain included five competence areas: radiation care practice skills, teamwork and problem solving, radiology administrative management, teaching and research competences. It was suggested that Taiwan could construct professional competence indicators for radiation nurses based on the results and promote professional development and evaluation.
