臺北市國小資源班教師工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場友誼關係之研究

Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺北市國小資源班教師之工作壓力、職業倦怠及職場友誼之關係研究,並使用問卷調查法,以臺北市國民小學所成立之不分類身心障礙資源班合格專任教師為研究對象共497位教師,以工作壓力量表、職業倦怠量表及職場友誼量表進行實證研究,以便利取樣,回收共156份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率為100%,並以信度分析、Pearson積差相關顯著性考驗、迴歸分析以及使用階層迴歸執行進一步分析。從研究結果得知,臺北市資源班教師之工作壓力、職業倦怠與職場友誼感受為中至中上程度。另工作壓力對職業倦怠呈顯著正向影響,工作壓力對職場友誼以及職業倦怠對職場友誼,部分有顯著負向影響,最後職場友誼於工作壓力與職業倦怠中具有正向調節效果。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of teacher’s work stress, job burnout and workplace friendship among the resource class teacher in elementary schools in Taipei. Total of 487 teachers at the resource class in Taipei have been selected as the target group. The study has used survey to studies the relationship on work stress scales, job burnout scales and workplace friendship scales, 156 questionnaires were collected by using convenience sampling, the valid questionnaire rate was 100%. Reliability analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis had been used for further analysis.The results show that the teachers of the Taipei resource class have a moderate to high level of work stress, job burnout and workplace friendship. In addition, work stress has a significant positive impact on job burnout. Work stress has a significant negative impact on workplace friendship and job burnout has a significant negative impact on workplace friendship. Finally, workplace friendship has a positive moderating effect on job stress and job burnout.
