Abstract
本研究題目為十二年國教體育班課程執行問題與因應-以技術高中為例。以十二年國教體育班的技術行前導學校的體育組長、專任教練以及技術型課程任課老師為研究參與者,並且以半結構式訪談、文獻資料等質性方式搜集資料,所得到的資料以內容分析將所得證據進行有意義的詮釋,並以三角檢核法提高信效度。研究問題為:一、十二年國教技術型高中體育班課程實施規範與97體育班課綱的差異為何?二、技術型高中體育班在實行的過程中遭遇什麼問題?三、執行中所遇到問題的解決策略?研究結果顯示:一、學校的課程規劃減少部定科目的學分數,大幅增加校訂選修特色課程;二、相關設備資源與授課師資不足的影響;三、行政支持與老師的配合為成功因素。研究結果為:一、學校在課程規劃上減少部定一般科目學分數,大幅增加校訂選修特色課程,以提升體育班的課程多元化。二、學校相關設備資源與授課師資因為體育班技術課程增設而不足的影響。三、行政支持與老師的配合為技術型課程轉型成功的因素。建議:一、行政方面:(一)了解學生未來升學的走向以進行補救教學。(二)進行十二年國教體育班實施規範技術型課程的說明會。二、研究方面:(一)增加研究對象。(二)未來可針對個案學校體育班學生進行升學調查。
The subject of this research is the implementation situation and problems of the twelve-year national education technical high school physical education curriculum. The team leader, full-time coach and technical teacher of the technical leading school of the 12-year national teaching sports class were used as research participants, and the materials were collected in qualitative ways such as semi-structured interviews and literature materials. Use content analysis to make meaningful interpretation of the evidence obtained, and use triangle inspection to improve the reliability and validity. The research questions are: 1. What is the difference between the 12-year state education technical high school physical education curriculum and the 97 physical education curriculum? 2. What problems did the technical high school physical education class encounter in the implementation process? 3. How to solve the problems encountered in the implementation? The results of the study show that: 1. The school’s curriculum planning reduces the academic credits of the subjects set by the department and greatly increases the school’s elective special courses; 2. The impact of the lack of relevant equipment resources and teaching staff; 3. The cooperation between administrative support and teachers is a success factor. The results of the study are as follows: 1. Schools have reduced the scores of certain general subjects in the curriculum planning, and greatly increased the number of special courses selected by schools to enhance the diversity of physical education courses. 2. The impact of insufficient school-related equipment resources and teaching teachers due to the addition of physical education courses. 3. The coordination of administrative support and teachers is a factor for the successful transformation of technical courses. Suggestions: 1. Administrative aspects: (1) Understand the direction of students' further studies in the future for remedial teaching. (2) A briefing session on the implementation of standardized technical courses for the 12-year state-education sports class. 2. Research aspects: (1) Increase research objects. (2) In the future, we can conduct a further study on the students in the physical education class of the case school.
