dc.description.abstract本文研究目的在探討影響臉書使用者行為之因素,並以從眾行為為中介變項探討變項間之關係,期望能達到研究目的:探討認知有用性、認知易用性、團體凝聚力與從眾行為間之關係;探討認知有用性、認知易用性、團體凝聚力與持續使用意圖間之關係;探討從眾行為是否在自變項與依變項之間具有中介效果。本研究採用問卷調查法,以問卷調查的方式進行,並將問卷上載到google文件便於受試者於網路填答。回收612位有效樣本進行分析,所得資料以描述統計、結構方程式與層級迴歸等統計方法加以分析,獲得研究結論如下: 一、認知有用性對從眾行為有正向影響 。 二、認知易用性對從眾行為有正向影響。 三、團體凝聚力對從眾行為有正向影響。 四、從眾行為對持續使用意圖有正向影響 。 六、認知有用性對持續使用意圖有正向影響。 七、認知易用性對持續使用意圖有正向影響。 八、團體凝聚力對持續使用意圖有正向影響。 九、從眾行為在認知有用性與持續使用意圖間有中介效果 。 十、從眾行為在認知易用性與持續使用意圖間有中介效果 。 十一、從眾行為在團體凝聚力與持續使用意圖間有中介效果 。 最後,根據上述結論,提出相關建議,藉供企業或是教學單位之參考,以及日後研究之參考依據。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purposes of this study were to investigate the influencing factors of Facebook users’ use behavior. Moreover, the researcher takes conformity as the mediator variable to explore relationship among variables. A survey research was conducted with questionnaires. The subjects totaled 612 Facebook users for this study. By analyzing the data with descriptive statistics, structure equation modeling, and hieraechical regression analysis, the researcher made the following conclusions: (1) Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and group cohesion have a positive impact on conformity. (2) Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and group cohesion have a positive impact on Continuance Intention. (3) Conformity has a positive impact on continuance intention. (4) Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and group cohesion could be generated intermediary effect continuanceintention by conformity. Finally, the research gives some suggestions for enterprises, education organizations and future research based on the study conclusions.en_US
