Abstract

本研究旨在探討臺北縣公立國中教師知覺學校教師會組織功能與教師專業自主之現況與相關情形,並分析不同背景之臺北縣公立國中教師知覺學校教師會組織功能與教師專業自主差異情形。為達研究目的,首先經由文獻探討所得之理論架構發展調查問卷,針對20所臺北縣公立國中,773位教師進行抽樣調查,受調查之有效樣本共計568位教師,有效問卷回收率為73.48%,並輔以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等方法進行資料處理與分析,所獲致結論如下。 一、臺北縣公立國中教師對學校教師會組織功能有正向知覺。 二、不同性別、教學年資、是否參加教師會、學校規模之教師,其所知覺的學校教師會組織功能有顯著差異。 三、臺北縣公立國中教師對教師專業自主有正向知覺。 四、不同性別、最高學歷、教學年資、擔任不同職務、是否參加教師會之教師,其所知覺的教師專業自主有顯著差異。 五、教師知覺學校教師會組織功能與教師專業自主具有相關。 本研究另針對學校單位、學校教師會提出建議,供相關人士參考,並針對研究對象、變項、方法及工具等方面歸納出建議,以供後續研究參考。
This study aimed at probing the current situation of teachers’ perception of organization function of school teachers’ assocation and teachers’ professional autonomy of public junior high schools in Taipei Conuty,and the relationship between them. It also attempted to analyze the difference in teachers’ perception of organization function of school teachers’ assocation and teachers’ professional autonomy in terms of different backgrounds. In order to achieve these goals, a questionnaire was devised on the basis of the theoretical framework from documentary materials and literature review. Then the questionnaire was distributed to 773 teachers of content subjects in 20 public junior high schools in Taipei Conuty, and 568 of them were collected, with a valid rate of 73.48%. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and pearson correlation were applied. The conclusions drawn from statistic findings are listed as follows. 1. The teachers of public junior high schools in Taipei County took positive attitude to the organization function of their school teachers’association. 2. There are significant differences among the gender, years of in-service, school scale,members and non-members of school teachers’ association on teachers’ perception of the organization function of their school teachers’ association. 3. The teachers of public junior high schools in Taipei County took positive attitude to teachers’ professional autonomy. 4. There are significant differences among the gender, academic background ,years of in-service, position, and members and non-members of teachers’ association on teachers’ perception of teachers’ professional autonomy. 5. There was correlation between teachers’perception of the organization functions of their school teachers’association and teachers’ professional autonomy. Based on the findings, nine suggestions were provided for the schools and school teachers’association. Finally, for those researchers who would be interested in this field, some recommendations in subjects, variables and methods were proposed for reference.
