Abstract
本研究旨在探討臺北市國中學生生涯成熟度之情形,研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「臺北市國中學生生涯成熟度之研究問卷」為研究工具,以臺北市國民中學九年級學生為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣,共發放1020份正式問卷,回收問卷共計963份,回收率為94.4%,有效問卷為817份,有效問卷率為84.8%。所得研究資料以SPSS22為統計分析工具,採描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析,茲將研究結果歸納如下:
一、臺北市國民中學學生生涯成熟度為中等程度。
二、臺北市國中學生的「整體生涯成熟度」、「職業選擇」、「職業態度」因性別不同而有顯著差異。
三、臺北市國中學生的「職業認知」因父親教育程度不同、母親教育程度不同、父親職業水準不同而有顯著差異。
四、臺北市國中學生的生涯成熟度不因母親職業水準不同而有差異。
五、臺北市國中學生的生涯成熟度不因選讀技藝教育學程而有差異。
最後依本研究結果提出建議,供相關單位、國中教師以及後續相關研究之參考。
The purpose of this study was to examine the career maturity of junior high school students in Taipei City. The method of this study was questionnaire survey. The instruments of quantitative research was a self-developed questionnaire, entitles ”A Study of The Career Maturity of Junior High Schools Students in Taipei City” Questionnaires were distributed to 1020 sampled junior high school students in Taipei City. The response rate was 94.4%, and 817 copies were valid for further procedure. The data was analyzed with the software package SPSS for windows (version22), and descriptive statistics-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Major findings were as follows: 1.The career maturity of junior high school students in Taipei City was moderate. 2.Significant differences of career maturity, vocational choice, and vocational attitude were indicated in relation to sex. 3.Significant differences of vocational knowledge was indicated in relation to father`s education, mother’s education and father`s vocation. 4.Mother`s education did not shown influence upon their children’s career maturity. 5.Attending technical education program did not shown influence upon career maturity of junior high school students in Taipei City. Implications of the findings and suggestions were also proposed for practical considerations, junior high school teachers and future studies.
