Abstract

本研究旨在探討因應技職體系動力機械群課程之實施高職汽車科課程之架構,以供教育主管機關之參考。 為達成研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,分教師卷與企業卷兩部分,以台灣地區公私立高級中等學校設有汽車科或汽車修護科, 79所學校為研究母群體,選取汽車科教師共400位為研究調查對象,回收問卷共計293份,有效樣本回收率為69.25﹪。 企業卷部分,以台灣省各汽車股份有限公司及服務廠,及從事動力機械群相關行業之從業人員代表為研究母群體,共抽取17家做為研究調查樣本,選取動力機械群相關行業之從業人員共320位為研究對象,回收問卷共計247份,有效樣本回收率為71.56﹪。 所得問卷調查資料皆採次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗(t-test)及單因子變異數分析(one-way AN0VA)等統計方法進行分析。本研究獲得以下結論: 一、 服務學校性質(公私立別)、擔任職務、任教年資、最高學歷、任教科別等不同之汽車科教師對因應技職體系動力機械群課程之實施高職汽車科課程架構的看法,在「教育目標、課程規劃、科別整合、一般能力、專業能力、課程架構」中並無顯著差異。 二、 性別、擔任職務、工作年資、最高學歷、專業修習科系等不同之從事動力機械群相關行業之從業人員對因應技職體系動力機械群課程之實施高職汽車科課程架構的看法,在「教育目標、課程規劃、科別整合、一般能力、專業能力、課程架構」中並無顯著差異。
The purpose of this research is to study the structure of cluster curriculum for power machinery, automotive subjects in senior vocational high schools. The result of this study may be used as a reference for educational authorities. This study employs a questionnaire survey approach. The survey subjects are divided into two groups. One group are automotive subject teachers. Among the senior vocational high schools in Taiwan, 79 schools are selected as the basic study group. 400 teachers from these schools are chosen to complete the questionnaire. A total of 293 valid responses are received. Valid response rate is 69.25%. The survey subjects of the other group are professionals of 17 automobile companies of maintenance service workshops in Taiwan. 320 people who work in power machinery cluster related jobs in these businesses are selected to complete the questionnaire. A total of 247 valid responses are received. Valid response rate is 71.56%. The valid responses were analyzed by using such statistical approaches as frequency distribution, percentage, average, standard deviation, T-test, and one-way ANOVA. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. There is no significant difference among the teachers, who teach in public schools or in private schools, work in different jobs, vary in years of teaching, have different academic degrees, and teach different subjects, in their views on the structure of power machinery cluster curriculum, regarding “the goal of education, curricular program, integration of different subjects, general ability, professional ability, and the structure of curriculum”. 2. There is no significant difference among the automotive professionals, who are male or female, work in different jobs, vary in years of working, have different academic degrees, and have different majors, in their views on the structure of power machinery cluster curriculum, regarding “the goal of education, curricular program, integration of different subjects, general ability, professional ability, and the structure of curriculum”.
