Abstract

在網際網路普及的年代,自媒體有免費、便利與即時的特性,打造低成本創業的可能,使自媒體工作成為近年來新興的職業之一。過去已有研究證實工作投入和工作滿意度有顯著關係,本文希望探討自媒體工作者的工作投入對工作滿意度的影響,以及工作型態對工作投入與工作滿意度是否有調節作用。本研究以問卷調查法蒐集資料,從台灣自媒體產業發展協會以及本人經營自媒體的朋友當中蒐集200份問卷。以工作投入量表和工作滿意度量表作為施測工具,進行描述性統計分析、信效度分析、皮爾森相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定與迴歸分析。研究結果發現,工作投入對工作滿意度有顯著影響,但工作型態在其中並沒有調節效果。因此,無論是想要兼職或全職經營自媒體,工作投入程度愈高,就能獲得愈高的工作滿意度。
In the era of the popularization of the internet, self-media has the characteristics of free, convenient and instant, creating the possibility of low-cost entrepreneurship, making self-media work one of the emerging professions in recent years. Past studies have confirmed that there is a significant relationship between work input and job satisfaction. This article hopes to explore the influence of self-media workers' work input on job satisfaction, and whether work styles have a moderating effect on work input and job satisfaction. In this study, we collected data using a questionnaire survey method, and collected 200 questionnaires from the Taiwanese Media Industry Development Association and my friends who ran the media. Using the job input scale and job satisfaction scale as measurement tools, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, independentsample t-test and regression analysis were performed. The results of the study find that work input has a significant impact on job satisfaction, but work style has no moderating effect in it. Therefore, whether you want to run self-media part-time or full-time, the higher your work commitment, the higher your job satisfaction.
