dc.description.abstract本文的目的在考察數位圖書館使用者研究之發展。基於文獻與學術交流觀察發現，廣義的數位圖書館分為三大類型，包含商業系統、研究性之雛形系統、及大學圖書 館之延伸服務系統。本文以美國經驗為例，論述數位圖書館研究發展至今，經歷三個階段，主要有三種研究取向，最終指向以使用者情境為中心的五大研究發展方 向。zh_tw
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this essay is to examine the research and development of digital library user studies.Based on the literature and scholarly communication, this article points out the three stages of American-based digital libraries development and the three approaches to studying those digital libraries. In conclusion, the author identifies five major research trends of DL user studies that need to be addressed in the future research and development.en_US
