Abstract
本研究為了解時空變遷是否影響臺北烏來大桶山地區共棲蛙類族群與資源分配現況,自2010年10 月至2011 年10 月以標放再捕捉法進行族群調查及記錄資源利用狀況。族群調查包括族群數量與動態;資源利用包括空間與時間上的利用,並分析其生態棲位寬度及生態棲位重疊度。研究期間共記錄到5 科13 種蛙,其中數量較多的6 種蛙類依序為拉都希氏赤蛙(Rana latouchii) 111 隻、中國樹蟾(Hyla chinensis) 100 隻、小雨蛙(Microhyla ornata) 90 隻、腹斑蛙(Rana adenopleura) 86 隻、翡翠樹蛙(Rhacophorus prasinatus) 62 隻及布氏樹蛙(Polypedates braueri) 19 隻。空間資源利用上,此6 種蛙類以布氏樹蛙的生態棲位寬度最大,中國樹蟾的寬度最小。經群集分析將6 種蛙類分為3群,同群蛙類間有較高的生態棲位重疊度。時間資源的利用上,拉都希氏赤蛙的生態棲位寬度最大,中國樹蟾的寬度最小。布氏樹蛙、中國樹蟾、腹斑蛙及小雨蛙主要在夏季活動,拉都希氏赤蛙主要在冬季,翡翠樹蛙主要在春與秋冬時節;以上6 種蛙類以中國樹蟾與小雨蛙間的重疊度最高。將相同研究範圍的資料與前人調查相比,顯示蛙類資源利用現況與過去不盡相同,例如布氏樹蛙的主要停棲及產卵地點改變,翡翠樹蛙、布氏樹蛙及中國樹蟾的停棲高度與先前不同。布氏樹蛙、小雨蛙和其牠蛙類在空間資源的生態棲位重疊度改變。布氏樹蛙在空間與時間資源的平均生態棲位寬度變大,其餘蛙類均變小,翡翠樹蛙的活動時期縮短,與其它5 種蛙類間在時間資源的重疊度均降低等。顯示時空變遷,會對共棲蛙類的族群與資源分配造成影響。
The research was to realize whether the space-time difference affect the current Resource partition of frogs community in Tatung shan located in Wulai, New Taipei City. To proceed the Population survey and record the resource utilization by capture-mark-recapture methods from Oct, 2010 till Oct, 2011.Volume and dynamics of quality were included in the Population survey. Space-time utilization were included in the resource utilization and performed the analysis of Niche breadth and Niche overlap. It was recorded with 5 families and 13 species frogs which mostly volume of 6 frogs are 111 Rana latouchii, 100 pieces Hyla chinensis, 90 pieces Microhyla ornate, 86 pieces Rana adenopleura, 62 pieces Rhacophorus prasinatus, 19 pieces Polypedates braueri. Polypedates braueri was the biggest Niche breadth and Hyla chinensis was the smallest one out of 6 species frogs. These 6 species frogs could be divided into 3 groups by cluster analysis, frogs in same group had higher Niche overlap.The largest Niche breadth was Rana latouchii and the smallest one was Hyla chinensis in terms of time resource utilization. Polypedates braueri, Hyla chinensis, Rana adenopleura and Microhyla ornate mainly appeared in summer, Rana latouchii mainly appeared in winter and Rhacophorus prasinatus mainly appeared in spring and autumn. Hyla chinensis and Microhyla ornata had the largest overlap among 6species frogs. It indicated frogs resource utilization was different from the part compared to previous study. For example, Polypedates braueri perch and spawning place changed, Rhacophorus prasinatus, Polypedates braueri and Hyla chinensis perch height changed, Polypedates braueri and Microhyla ornata had the change in Niche overlap of space resource with other frogs, Polypedates braueri Niche breadth became bigger in average of space-time resource, other frogs became smaller, Rhacophorus prasinatus had shorten its appearing time, Rhacophorus prasinatus and other 5 species frogs in Niche overlap decreas
