Abstract
本研究旨在討論高中圖書館推展學習型家庭的功能,藉由高中圖書館推廣服務的引領,讓社區民眾了解學習型家庭的意涵,積極建立學習型家庭,營造家庭的學習氣氛,落實終身學習的理想。本研究之主要研究目的有三:
一、探討高中圖書館推廣服務的重點工作。
二、探討社區民眾建立「學習型家庭」的現況與需求。
三、探討長億高中圖書館推展「學習型家庭」的成效。
本研究採用文獻分析法及問卷調查法,其重要結論摘述如下:
一、高中圖書館推廣服務的重點工作有下列五項:
1.推廣閱讀活動,對社區民眾實施圖書館利用教育。
2.辦理家長成長研習班,提供非正規、非正式的學習管道。
3.辦理社區藝文展及各類主題書展,提供多元多樣的學習資訊。
4.規劃專家講座,指導社區家長扮演優質的親職角色,宣導學習型家庭的觀念。
5.辦理社區參訪活動,分享建立學習型家庭經驗,強化社區的認同感。
二、社區民眾建立學習型家庭的現況與形塑學習型家庭的需求,歸納結論如下:
1.高中圖書館應在推廣服務中積極推動閱讀,並將學生的學習課程融入推廣服務活動中,降低民眾陪孩子做功課的憂慮。
2.高中圖書館應加強宣導家事共做的重要性,並開設課程或提供資訊,鼓勵民眾主動再進修,作為孩子學習的典範。
3.高中圖書館可順應有品運動的風潮,以品德教育為推廣服務的核心概念,結合學校各處室的活動,協助民眾落實家庭教育工作,發揮家庭教育功能。
4.高中圖書館應要在推廣服務活動中,加強行銷工作,鼓勵民眾運用免費資源,培養閱讀習慣。
5.高中圖書館應在推廣服務中設計多元多樣的學習課程,滿足民眾隨時學習的需求,也應在經費及人力資源許可的狀況下,帶領民眾進入閱讀書香的殿堂,滿足其閱讀的需求。
6.高中圖書館的功能與服務應要擴及整個社區民眾,才能擔負滿足社區民眾終身學習需求的要角。
7.高中圖書館在高中職社區化的政策規劃中,應以社區資源中心自居,鼓勵民眾參與圖書館的推廣服務,凝聚民眾的社區共識,塑造「家-校-社區」的和諧關係,促進社區文化發展。
三、長億高中圖書館推展學習型家庭的成效,結論如下:
1.社區民眾認為長億高中圖書館提供的學習資源最重要的是開放館藏供民眾借閱,其次為開設各類家長成長研習班。
2.開放館藏與實施圖書館利用教育,鼓勵社區民眾走近圖書館,利用圖書館,養成主動學習的好習慣,對社區民眾建立學習型家庭甚有幫助。
3.參加家長成長研習班,除了獲得知識,也學得陶冶生活的技藝,親子均積極參與學習,有助於社區民眾建立學習型家庭。
4.參加藝文展或書展,豐富生活中的藝文書香氣息,除了促進社區藝文發展也養成閱讀的好習慣,對社區民眾建立學習型家庭大有幫助。
5.參加專題講座獲取知識成長,社區民眾對居住社區了解更深,對生態環保體悟更深,更能積極建立學習型家庭。
6.參加社教參訪活動,在旅行中學習並進行社區文化交流,有助於社區民眾建立學習型家庭。
根據以上結論,本研究提出對社區民眾、學校教師、高中圖書館及教育主管機關的建議如下:
1.給社區民眾:(1)落實親子共學,給予孩子學習上的支持;(2)親子家事共做,讓孩子體會父母經營家庭的辛勞;(3)積極加入志願服務。
2.給學校教師:(1)在家中放下教師身分,回復慈父、慈母角色;(2)以教育專業給予家長指導以扮演稱職親職角色。
3.給高中圖書館:(1)主動積極爭取補助款項,結合各處室辦理推廣服務;(2)克服開放阻礙,提供民眾使用之便利性;(3)全力推廣閱讀;(4)透過推廣服務活動設計,凝聚社區共識。
4.給教育主管機關:(1)由專業人員正確指引縣立高中圖書館之發展;(2)重視高中圖書館人力的專業性及充裕性,給予經費支持。
This study discusses high school library programs’ function of creating and supporting learning family needs. Following the library programs lead, people in the community can get ideas and create a learning family positively. The programs place the family in an atmosphere of learning and carry out a life-long study experience. The main purpose of this study is (1) To investigate library services in promotion programs. (2) To investigate the status and needs of learning family. (3) To investigate the affect of Chang-Yi High School Library’s promotion on the community. Two approaches were adopted to collect data for this study : Documented analysis and questionnaire surveys. The results of the study in three parts were as followings: There are five major subjects for the high school library promotion: (1) Library’s education of reading programs are popularized for the people of the community. (2) Parent education workshops support extracurricular learning. (3) Support multi-learning information and host art exhibitions and book fairs. (4) Parent-child lectures are conducted to promote and teach the continuation of learning, as well as the learning of new things. (5) Community visits and the sharing of experiences add strength in agreement of learning family. The current state of learning methods in a community and its needs regarding learning are as follows: (1) High school library services of reading should be popularized and go with school class subjects to reduce the pressure of homework doing. (2) Family programs should be emphasized and libraries should have learning programs for parents which result in life-long learning. (3) Morality in education is a nuclear idea and should be combined with school activities and home education. (4) Increase the library marketing and encourage people in the community to use library source information to establish reading habits. (5) Use the human resources and funds of the library effectively to satisfy the community. (6) School libraries services and functions should be available to people in the community and play an important role in life-long learning. (7) In community-based planning, the library should be a center of information anqd will enhance the community’s culture. The affect the Chang-Yi High School library’s promotion has on the community are as follows. (1)People think the most useful part of the program is the circulation of library materials and also the establishment of parent education workshops. (2) Education on how to use the library and library reading activities are very useful for creating a learning family. (3) Parent-child relationship workshops are applicable to the entire family’s learning. (4) Art exhibitions and book fairs improve learning amongst all ages. (5) Specialized lectures raise awareness about ecology and environmental protection and build a community consensus about these topics. (6) Community culture sharing helps families learn from each other and apply these lessons to their own learning. Based on the conclusions mentioned above, this study proposes some suggestions for educational administrative authorities, school library, school administrators, and parents. For the people of a community (1) Learning for adults and elders as well as children’s education lessons should be carried out. (2) Family programs should be emphasized and include doing housework together to boost appreciation of one’s family. (3) Encourage participation and interest in community service. For school administrators (1) School teachers should act as parents and not teachers while at home. (2) Share professional ideas about education to the community. For the school library (1) Request more government funding and connect library activities with all school departments to promote library use. (2) Offer convenience services for the community. (3) Popularize and emphasize reading programs. (4) Promote library programs that allow the community to be awarness. For educational administrative authorities (1) Library development should be led by a professional. (2) School libraries need professional officers in larger numbers and the support of more funds.
