dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討北埔地區高齡者參與社區文化導覽解說員之經驗學習歷程,研究中採立意抽樣並進行深度訪談,抽樣之樣本為北埔地區6位高齡社區文化導覽解說員。除試圖瞭解其參與動機、工作挑戰、工作體悟與經驗學習的成效,本研究亦將訪談內容予以編碼登錄,並採質性研究分析訪談資料並討論結果。社區的高齡者具有豐富的人生閱歷以及對地方事務熟悉,是一項重要的資源,以高齡者參與社區文化導覽解說工作,可以使高齡者從工作中獲得尊重與尊嚴。而透過社區文化導覽解說的經驗學習過程,高齡者亦可不斷學習、建構知識、獲得技能並提昇自我的價值,更可以增進其與社區互動機會,傳承珍貴的文化與經驗。本研究所獲致的結論如下: 一、高齡者的學習動機包括:求知興趣、能力提昇、社會服務、社交關係及職業進展等五個取向。 二、高齡文化導覽解說員之工作挑戰為:古蹟的開放與破壞、噪音干擾與 高齡者的限制。 三、經驗學習對於個人、生活及社區有正向的意義。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research is for the purpose of discussing the research that the elders in Beipu area participating in community cultural interpretation on the experiential learning. Through purposive sampling depth interviews, parent groups inhabit areas of the six senior members of the community cultural interpretation . To understand their motivation, challenge, understanding the work, and the effectiveness of experiential learning, and interviews with conversation content to be coded to log on and use of qualitative research and analysis to handle interviews and discuss the results. The elders in community with precious life experiences are familiar with local affairs. It is the important resource for older adults as cultural tours of the work. They are not only senior citizens who can get the respect dignity, from the work and community and cultural navigation experience via the process of continuous learning, knowledge constructing to acquire skills and enhance self-worth, but also enhance the opportunity to interact with the community elders, the precious cultural heritage and experience to this study. The following conclusions of this research: 1. The motivation of senior citizens, including the following five orientation: desire to learn, capacity building, social services, social relationships and career progression. 2. The elder community culture interpretations’ work challenges are : The opening and destruction of monuments, noise interference and elderly restrictions. 3. Experiential learning for individuals, life , and community has a positive meaning.en_US
