Abstract

高級中學校長創新領導表現指標建構之研究 中文摘要 知識經濟及新技術帶來現代社會重視創意、創新人才的需求;高中校長應具備創新領導技術與創新領導技術策略,提昇教師瞭解創意、學習創新的專業成長,俾以啟發學生學習創新知識的方法,發展多元智能及創造力,為國家培育具創新能力的青年。本研究旨在建構一套適合我國高級中學校長創新領導的表現指標體系,據以提供實施及檢核之參考,進而發展高中學校獨創性特色,建立創新、卓越的教育品質。 有鑑於國內外對創新領導的研究尚屬起步階段,故先以文獻探討為主,發展出理論分析架構,再進行五位專家學者之深度訪談,最後依據理論及專家學者等重要內涵歸納創新領導的原理原則,研擬適當的調查問卷,透過三次德懷術問卷調查,檢驗所建構之創新領導核心指標及指標細項之解釋力。 本研究發展出「樂於創新」、「彈性思考」、「運用新知」及「善於折衝」等,是高中校長創新領導應具備的創新特質。主動、關懷、堅忍、民主自由、思辨彈性、學習、運用、分享、寬容、調停、協商等是創新特質的核心指標。 本研究發展出「組織文化創新」、「領導模式創新」及「溝通模式創新」等,是高中校長創新領導重要的創新領導技術。重視專業、重視自由、重視獨創、同儕領導、創造型領導、自由討論、專業對話等,是創新領導技術的核心指標。 本研究最後也發展出「知識管理」、「提昇團體動力」、「提高創新生產力」及「雙回饋機制」等,是高中校長創新領導重要的創新領導策略。增置設施、知識交流、研究發展、信賴、團體決策、團隊輔導、提昇動機、提昇承諾、需求調查、回饋及檢核等,是創新領導策略的核心指標。 本研究的指標建構,經證實對高中校長創新領導的表現及所需條件具有高度的解釋力;指標也證實本研究的研究構念對高中校長創新領導具有重要意涵,不僅對後續相關研究具有開創性的創新價值,且結論與具體建議,均可提供教育行政機關及高中校長創新領導時的重要參考。 關鍵詞:創新領導、創造型情境領導、表現指標建構。
Study on the Construction of Innovational Leadership Indicators for Senior High School in Taiwan ABSTRACT Knowledge economy and new technology skills make our society changing fast . And the traditional leadership was replaced by the new leadership styles, especially innovational leadership. As we know the society now needed lots of creative people for creating knowledge, designing things, and providing the new technology for the whole world .The Senior High School principal must learn innovative skills and choose strategies of leadership to raise the teacher’s profession about discovering the innovative potential in themselves and students. This study attempt to construct the Senior High School principal innovational leadership indicators. Giving the innovational leadership indicators, we can examine the effect about the work developing the possibilities of the students’ creativity potential. The results of this study revealed that innovational leadership was significant, and the principal innovation character, the innovational lead skills and the innovational lead strategies were very important for innovational leadership in Senior High School. Finally, This study got 136 indicators about innovation leadership, such as’ happy to innovate,’ ‘flexible thinking’, ‘implementation knowledge’, ‘good negotiation’ belong to the principal innovation character indicators. ‘Innovational organizational culture’, ‘Innovational leadership’, ‘Innovational communication ‘belong to the principal innovation leadership skills. And ‘knowledge management’, ‘raise group dynamic’, ‘raise innovational production’, and ‘double feedback loop’ belong to the principal innovation strategies.
