新莊金屬製品工業群聚分析

Abstract

本研究欲了解新莊工業地域的變遷、新莊金屬製品業的發展以及新莊工業地域的競爭優勢。本研究以統計資料分析新莊工業地域變遷，以及將18家廠商訪談資料依據Porter群聚理論鑽石體系的四大要素（因素條件、需求條件、相關與支持產業與企業策略和競爭環境）來分析新莊工業地域的競爭優勢。 研究成果顯示：一、新莊工業地域產業結構由食品加工、紡織業轉向金屬製品業為主，可見新莊產業結構由勞力密集轉向技術密集。二、新莊的工廠分布原先較為分散，後逐漸趨向集中幾個主要區塊，新莊的工業空間主要是頭前地區、西盛地區以及福營地區。三、新莊金屬製品工業維持其產業持續發展的競爭優勢在於廠商以漸進式創新來因應客戶需求，並以彈性生產的外包網絡來進行生產，此生產模式的形成主要是因為新莊工業地域內的競爭環境以及廠商的人際網絡。 新莊工業地域所擁有的區域資產在於此地金屬製品工業的「人才庫」，可為臺灣持續發展精密工業重要的資產，具有延續的必要。The purpose of the study is to realize the development process of industrial district in Xinzhuang, the development process of the fabricated metal products industry in Xinzhuang and competitive advantages of the industrial district in Xinzhuang. Statistical data is adopt to analysis the development process of industrial district in Xinzhuang, as well as the interviews of the enterprises is adopt to analyze the competitive advantage of the fabricated metal products industry cluster diamond model in Xinzhuang. The results of research are as blow: first, the main industry in Xinzhuang from food processing industry, textiles steering turned to fabricated metal products industry. Second, the plant in Xinzhuang was distributed dispersedly, gradually tend to agglomerate several main blocks. Xinzhuang industrial space primarily in Touqian, Xicheng and Fuying. Third, the Xinzhuang fabricated metal products industry to maintain its industry sustainable development of competitive advantage lies manufacturers to incremental innovation in response to customer demand, and flexible specialization outsourcing network for production, the formation of this mode of production was mainly due to the Xinzhuang industrial district competitive environment as well as social capital of manufacturers. The area assets of Xinzhuang industrial district is here "talent pool"of the fabricated metal products industry, it’s an important asset of precision industry for Taiwan's sustainable industry development.
