dc.description.abstract本研究先以多晶鉭線材在真空退火下再次結晶,並以掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)與聚焦離子束(FIB)系統檢視晶粒擴大現象,其蝕刻成針尖形樣品後,結構較為穩固,提高在場離子顯微鏡(FIM)觀察時的電場耐受度。而鉭線退火於壓力10-6~10-7 Torr下,以SEM觀測表面發現因殘餘氣體誘發的皺化結構,以FIM系統鋪氧測試多組退火參數,尚未發現皺化結構。而覆鈀鉭針以675°C~685°C退火觀察,可發現由3個{110}擴張聚向鉭(111)面的皺化結構。zh_TW
