Abstract
本研究以臺北市樂齡學習中心學員為研究對象,旨在瞭解樂齡者學習成效與心理資本之關係,並探討不同背景變項之學習成效與心理資本之差異、學習成效對心理資本之影響。
本研究採問卷調查法,以臺北市樂齡學習中心55歲以上之樂齡學員為研究對象,並以自編調查問卷「樂齡者學習成效與心理資本問卷」為調查工具,共發放正式問卷356份,回收有效問卷322份,有效回收率90.4%。
本研究統計資料分析結果結論如下:
一、臺北市樂齡學習中心學員在整體學習成效表現上,呈現中高程度的表現水準。
二、臺北市樂齡學習中心學員在整體心理資本表現上,呈現中程度的表現水準。
三、參與學習時間在學習成效上有顯著差異。
四、健康狀況在心理資本上有顯著差異。
五、臺北市樂齡學習中心學員的學習成效與心理資本有正相關。六、臺北市樂齡學習中心學員的學習成效對心理資本有預測力,學習成效越高,心理資本程度越強。
根據上述的研究結論,本研究分別對行政相關單位、樂齡學習者及未來研究者提出建議以供參考。
This study aims to illustrate the current status of the relationships between learning efficiency and psychological capital of senior learners at Senior Learning Center in Taipei. Next, the variances of different backgrounds of senior learners are compared in this study. Finally, analyze predictive power of senior learners’ learning efficiency on psychological capital. This research is mainly based on the questionnaire survey. That was based upon the senior learners who were enrolled in Taipei Senior Learning Center. We delivered 356 questionnaires in total. There were 322 effective questionnaires, and the effective rate was 90.4%. The conclusions of this study were following: 1. Senior learners’ learning efficiency in Taipei Senior Learning Center showed medium-high degree. 2. Senior learners’ psychological capital in Taipei Senior Learning Center showed medium degree. 3. There was significant differences of participation time on learning efficiency. 4. There was significant differences of health condition on psychological capital. 5. The learning efficiency was significantly related to psychological capital in senior learners of Taipei Senior Learning Center. 6. There is significant predictive power of senior learners’ learning efficiency on senior learners’ psychological capital. The better the learning efficiency, the more likely to gain psychological capital. Based on the results of this comprehensive study, we will provide suggestions to related facilities, senior learners and future researchers.
