Abstract
我國圖書資訊學正規教育經過了五十年來的奮鬥與努力，在學程層級方面相當完備，從大學部、碩士班、至博士班提供完整的教育體系。至今已建立了八個系所，其中大學部學程六有系。本文首先探討近年來國內外有關圖書資訊學教育之文獻，其次介紹國際圖書資訊學教育標準、國外圖書館學教育的發展，再由臺灣圖書資訊學教育面臨的困境、圖書資訊學課程未來發展的趨勢，省思我國圖書資訊教育應興應革之策略；最後提供數項建議事項供相關單位採擇實施。
After 50 years devlepoment, the programs of library and information science education in Taiwan include undergraduate, Master as well as Ph.D. This article first reviewed the relevant literature, then introduced the international professional standards and the progress and efforts made by other countries. Finally the problems faced by library communities in Taiwan was analyzed and suggestions were made for further consideration.
