dc.description.abstract在面對工時過長與家庭經濟負擔重的環境下,導致工作生活失衡的情況,而人們總是希望追求生活品質,使得現今時代的工作者更加重視工作與生活之間的平衡,因此幸福一詞蔓延到職場上,而幸福企業建立,可從提供符合員工需求的福利措施開始,包含有助於工作生活平衡的制度,促使政府因應此趨勢舉辦相關獎項,鼓勵企業塑造幸福職場。如今,在人才競爭的時代下,建立幸福企業為的是希望能夠能升企業形象以吸引外部人才,而對企業内部則希望能達到激勵效果以留住優秀人才,為組織努力付出創造更高的組織績效。因此,幸福企業所制定的福利措施,究竟是否能滿足員工的需求進而有效提升員工的組織承諾,是企業值得關心的問題。 本研究旨在探討幸福企業措施、工作滿足與組織承諾之關聯性及影響程度。透過便利抽樣方式,以問卷調查榮獲四縣市政府幸福企業獎項之企業的現職工作者,問卷回收共132份,紙本問卷有效回收率65.4%。以描述性統計、信度分析、差異分析、相關分析及迴歸分析進行資料統計分析。結果發現,幸福企業措施感受與工作滿足具有正向關係;幸福企業措施感受與組織承諾具有正向關係;工作滿足與組織承諾具有正向關係;工作滿足在幸福企業措施感受與組織承諾間具有部分中介效果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn the face of long working hours and the heavy family economic burden, which caused work-life imbalance and make people always pursued the life's quality. Because workers considered work-life balance is important in this day and age, the words “happiness” spread at the workplace. To Establish happiness enterprises could start from providing the work-life balance welfare measures which could meet the employees' demand. Furthermore, the government also responded the trend and hold the related awards, that could encourage enterprises to shape the happiness workplace. Nowadays, in the era of talent competition, the purpose of establishing a happiness enterprise could attract external talents by enhancing corporation’s image, and retained excellent talents by achieving incentive effect, then created higher organizational performance. In view of this, whether the welfare measures formulated could meet the employees' needs and effectively improved the employees' organizational commitment, that was an issue worthy of concern for enterprises. The study explores the correlation among employees' sense of measures for happiness enterprises, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. Use convenience sampling and it is a total of 132 questionnaires are collected, with an effective recovery rate of 65.4%. The major finding of this study is as follow: happiness enterprises measures has positive impacts on job satisfaction; happiness enterprises measures has positive impacts on organizational commitment; job satisfaction has positive impacts on organizational commitment; Job satisfaction has a partial mediator effect on the relationship between happiness enterprises measures and organizational commitment.en_US
