zh_TW

The study adopted a qualitative research method and interviewed 5 senior students aged 55 and above who participated in 9 painting promotion courses to comprehensively understand their learning experience and emotional journey. The research results indicate that push drawing learning can enhance the self-expression and creativity of elderly people, while promoting emotional regulation and cognitive function maintenance, which is helpful for improving mental health. At the societal level, the course provides a platform for communication, enabling students to form supportive interpersonal networks and enhance their sense of social belonging. In addition, a suitable learning environment, professional guidance, and institutional support can effectively enhance learning motivation and confidence. Therefore, in the process of promoting painting learning, seniors should maintain an open attitude, be brave enough to try, and derive pleasure and a sense of achievement from their creations.
