無恙:國小資深教師之生涯召喚形成歷程與生命意義敘事研究

| dc.description.abstract | 本研究目的為透過國小資深教師之生命故事,探討生涯召喚的形成歷程與生命意義。本研究採敘事研究取向,研究參與者透過立意選取,邀請4名年資20年以上,且對於目前工作與生活之心靈狀態達到安適之國小教師。透過半結構式深度訪談進行資料蒐集,並以「整體—內容」及「類別—內容」歸納研究參與者的生命故事,進而了解生涯召喚的形成歷程。研究結果以五階段多層次動態歷程呈現生涯召喚的形成歷程:(1)初步召喚—隱性召喚期;(2)召喚試探與碰撞—召喚撼動期;(3)召喚的覺察與重塑—轉化調和期;(4)召喚的穩固與深化—召喚實踐期;(5)召喚的超越與傳承—召喚整合期。於生命中的重要事件看見個體面臨不同境遇時所採取之處遇方式、認知調適以及自我省思,了解生命故事如何影響個體思維,進而促使生涯召喚之形成。此外,生涯召喚與生命意義的關聯包含:生涯召喚為生命賦予方向感與穩定性,生命中的挑戰將成為召喚深化的契機,透過實踐生涯召喚為社會帶來貢獻。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to explore the formation process of career calling and the meaning of life through the life stories of senior elementary school teachers. This study adopts a narrative research approach. The research participants were selected through purposive selection, and four elementary school teachers with more than 20 years of experience and who were mentally comfortable with their current work and life were invited. Data were collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, and the life stories of the research participants were summarized using"overall-content" and "category-content" to understand the process of the formation of career calling. The research results present the formation process of career calling in a five-stage multi-level dynamic process: (1) Initial calling - implicit calling period; (2) Calling temptation and collision - calling shaking period; (3) Awareness and reshaping of calling - transformation and reconciliation period; (4) Stabilization and deepening of calling - calling practice period; (5) Transcendence and inheritance of calling - calling integration period. Through important events in life, we can see the coping styles, cognitive adjustments, and self-reflection that individuals adopt when facing different situations, and understand how life stories influence individual thinking, thereby promoting the formation of career calling. In addition, the connection between career calling and the meaning of life includes: career calling gives life a sense of direction and stability, challenges in life become opportunities to deepen the calling, and through the practice of career calling, contributions can be made to society. | en_US |
