Abstract
本研究旨在建構我國臨床新進護理人員基礎專業核心技能指標,以瞭解職場護理人員對新進護理人員應具備的護理技能項目之情形,俾提供護理教學之參考。
本研究採問卷調查法,以台灣地區北部、中部、南部醫學中心及區域醫院共8所,依分層隨機方式,抽取臨床護理人員200位為研究對象,回收有效問卷173份,有效樣本回收率為86.5﹪。
問卷回收後,針對有效樣本以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等方法進行統計分析,獲致主要結論如下:
一、地區、公私立、進階層級與服務年資不同之醫院護理人員對護理技能各
項目之看法沒有顯著差異。
二、年齡、教育程度、服務科別及醫院層級不同之醫院護理人員對護理技能
各項目之看法有顯著差異。
三、臨床新進護理人員應具備之技能指標與部頒課程標準對照後應增加74項技能,與護理教學用書對照後應增加17項技能。
四、臨床新進護理人員應具備之技能指標項目有151項,分別為基本護理91項、內外科護理46項、婦產科護理6項、小兒科護理7項、精神科
護理1項,這些結果可作為護理技能教學及畢業生就業前準備之參考。
The purpose of this study is to construct the level of professional core skills of new clinical nurses in Taiwan, and to understand the expectations of current nursing personnel to new nurses in clinical skills. The results of this study may provide a guideline to nursing education. This study is conducted through questionnaires among clinical nursing personnel currently working in eight medical centers and local hospitals located at northern, central, and southern Taiwan. A total of 173 valid questionnaires (86.5%) was obtained from 200 randomly selected clinical nursing personnel from different levels of each hospital. Statistical analyses including percentage, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were applied on the collected data, and the results were summarized as following: 1. All nursing personnel shared the same standard of nursing skills regardless of the differences in their order of ranking, years of experience, and location/ ownership of the hospitals they served. 2. Significantly different opinions were held among nursing personnel of different ages, levels of nursing education, medical departments and size of the hospital they served. 3. The numbers of clinical nursing techniques listed above includes 74 new items that were not listed in the standard nursing courses by the Department of Education, and 17 items that were not listed in current clinical nursing textbooks 4. A new clinical nurse was expected to posses the ability to performed a total of 151 nursing techniques, includes 91 in basic nursing, 46 in medical/ surgical nursing, 6 in obstetrical nursing, 7 in pediatric nursing, and 1 in psychiatric nursing. These Results can be Applied to improve nursing skill’s teaching and student’s pre-job preparation.
