技術學院推動研究發展成果之個案研究
Abstract
本研究旨在探討技術學院推動研究發展成果與技術學院教師對個人價值及學校政策之相關性並瞭解個案學校研究發展成果情形,為達研究目的,首先透過文獻探討,建立研究的整體架構,繼而發展出問卷並進行資料的蒐集。
本研究以台北市北區某私立技術學院為個案研究,以該校專任教師為調查對象,實施施測獲得有效樣本共198份,回收率達90%。經統計分析歸納以下幾項結論:
一、技術學院教師研究發展成果以著作發表件數最高,最低為專利數。
二、技術學院教師對學校政策整體來說,在教育程度層面博士優於研究所,教師職級層面副教授及助理教授優於講師,且有顯著差異。
三、技術學院教師對其研究發展成果滿意度情形,整體來說,對於學術研究成果的滿意度高於技術創新成果;在學術研究成果方面助理教授明顯優於講師,在技術創新成果方面助理教授優於教授及講師。
四、技術學院教師對學校所提供之獎勵措施對著作發表之獎勵明顯高於其他獎勵措施。
五、技術學院教師之任教學群對學校所提供之研究資源有正相關。
六、技術學院教師之學術研究成果對教師個人價值幫助層面及學校政策學校文化層面有正相關。
最後針對研究發現與結論,分別就相關教師、學校及後續研究者提出技術學院推動研究發展成果之各項結論與建議事項,俾供參考。
Abstract This study aims to discuss the results of the research and development forwarded in technical colleges as well as the interrelationship between the personal values of the teachers working in technical colleges and the school policy. It recognizes the achievements of the research and development in an individual school for case study. To achieve the goal of this study, the documents are studied first. The structure of the study is then established and the questionnaire is designed for collection of information. A private technical college in northern Taipei is used as the case study. The full-time teachers of that school are the targets for investigation. 198 valid questionnaires are collected. The recovery rate is 90%. After using statistics to analyze, the following points are concluded: 1. The achievements of the research and development of the teachers in technical colleges show that the number of work piece issued is the highest and the number of patient is the lowest. 2. Concerning the school policy, the teachers of technical colleges generally have very different performances in terms of their educational level, with doctor degree better than master degree, vice professors and assistant professors better than lecturers in terms of their level of position. 3. Regarding the satisfaction of the achievements in the research and development, the teachers of technical colleges generally have greater satisfaction from the academic research than from the technological innovation. With regard to the academic achievements, assistant professors are obviously better than lecturers; while assistant professors are better than professors and lecturers with regard to the achievements of the technological innovation,. 4. The rewards offered by technical colleges to the teachers on issuing their work pieces are obviously higher than the rewards offered for other purposes. 5. The study group of the teachers in technical colleges has positive correlation with the researching source provided by the schools. 6. The academic achievements of the teachers in technical colleges have positive correlation with the personal values of the teachers, the school policy, and the cultural hierarchy of the school. Finally, as the discovery and conclusion of this study, several conclusions and suggestions have been put forward to technical colleges for reference with respect to the teachers, the schools, and the follow-up researchers.
