台北市高中職學生媒體識讀能力研究
Abstract
在資訊發達的社會, 媒體識讀教育是現今重要的課程之一,本研究主要目的在於了解台北市高中職學生的媒體識讀狀況,將調查結果給予專家學者們參考,並提出建議。本研究採問卷調查法,過程採用「媒體使用行為」、「媒體識讀能力量表」與「個人基本資料」為研究工具,就台北市20所公私立高中、高職學校之高二學生進行問卷調查,共計發出問卷1800份,有效樣本為1570份,將資料進行t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森相關係數分析、迴歸分析等統計方法以解答研究問題,並逐一討論各項分析結果:
(1)台北市高中職學生在「瞭解媒體訊息內容」上獲得67.7分、「思辨媒體再現」上獲得81.72分、「反思閱聽人的意義」上獲得68.3分、「分析媒體組織」上獲得75.65分、「影響和近用媒體」上獲得68.8分;「媒體識讀能力」總分平均為71.75分。
(2)性別對高中職學生整體讀能力無顯著差異。
(3)教育程度越高的父母,其子女的電視識讀能力越佳。
(4)高中職學生媒體使用行為對於媒體識讀能力呈現負相關。
(5)高中職學生最依賴以及最常使用的媒體是網路,電視居次
(6)高中職學生使用媒體的內容,以「娛樂目的」為主因。
(7)在各背景變項中,以「收看電視時數」最能預測高中生的電視識讀能力
最後,根據研究結果提出建議,以供教育行政機關、學校、教師、家長、媒體業者相關人員,作為對提升學生媒體識讀能力之參考。
Due to the information flourishing , Media literacy education is one of the important curricula at present, The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the behavior of media usage and the perception of media literacy for the high school and the vocational high school students in Taipei.The use of survey research methods. Convenience sample of students in high school and vocational high in Taipei as the research object 1570. The valid questionnaires fromparticipants were 1570. The study contain three part:” media usage behaviors”, “media literacy”, “the different background variables of the students ”, collect data from the 2th grade high school and vocationg hign students in Taipei city. A total of 1800questionnaires sent, 1570 valid questionnaires were too. Statistical analyses such as t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis ,and multiple regression were administered to answer research questions. Discussions were followed. 1. The high school and the vocational high school students in Taipei scored 67.7 grades in “the understanding media news content”, 81.72 grades in “criticize media representatio”, 68.3 grades in “the analysis media organization”, 75.65 grades in “reconsidering reads listens to person’s significance”, 68.8 grades in “the influence and acces media”, 71.75 grades in the media literacy. 2. The effects of gender on media literacy were not significant. 3. The effects of parents’ educational degree on media literacy were significant, higher parents’ educational degree were better than lower parents’ educational degree. 4. The high school and the vocational high school students in Taipei have negative affection on their media usage behaviors. 5. The high school and the vocational high school students in Taipei depended and used most frequently media is the network, followed by TV. 6. The major motivations for studends to use medias are “entertainments” 7. The best predictor for television literacy is the variable of teleview hours. According to present study, it can provide applicable reference to educate institutions, school, teachers, parents, Media Industry to promote suudents’ media literacy .
