創業教育對印尼企業家商業成長的影響，並以政府支持作為調節變數

Abstract

創業在促進經濟成長、推動創新與創造就業機會方面扮演著重要角色，這在如印尼這類仍面臨青年失業與貧困問題的發展中國家尤為突出。為了激發創業精神與商業發展，創業教育越來越受到重視，其目的在於培養個人建立與經營企業所需的知識、技能與態度。 本研究旨在分析創業教育對印尼企業成長的影響，同時探討政府支持是否具有調節效果。研究採用量化方法，透過結構化問卷調查 60 名完成高等教育的印尼青年與中年創業者。所蒐集的資料運用描述性統計與回歸分析加以處理。研究結果顯示，創業教育對企業成長具有顯著的正面影響，且在創業者獲得政府資金援助、培訓資源與行銷協助時，這種正向影響更為明顯

Entrepreneurship is essential for fostering economic development, encouraging innovation, and generating employment opportunities particularly in developing countries like Indonesia where challenges such as youth unemployment and poverty persist. Entrepreneurial education, which equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and mindset to start and manage businesses, has increasingly been promoted to foster entrepreneurship and stimulate business development. This study investigates the influence of entrepreneurial education on business growth among Indonesian entrepreneurs, while considering the moderating effect of government support. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire distributed to a sample of 60 young to middle-aged Indonesian entrepreneurs who had completed higher education. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were employed to examine the data that had been gathered. The results demonstrate that entrepreneurial education has a positive and significant effect on business growth, and that this relationship is strengthened when entrepreneurs receive government support in the form of financial assistance, training programs, and marketing support.
