Abstract

從中國歷史來看,青銅器的使用時間約1500年,雖然世界各地都有青銅器物的出土,但無論是數量、形制還是工藝,都遠不及中國,因此,對於研究青銅器的材料,中國豐富了許多,但也更加複雜。 本篇文章想藉由模擬實驗,自製青銅錠,並進行分析,想藉由分析結果與分析過後的古青銅器物作比對,試著還原古青銅器物的製作條件。 從本實驗樣品金相組織來看,銅重量百分比超過80%(包含80%),樹枝狀組織顯著。 對樣品Cu80-Sn20樣品的退火實驗來看,在低溫600℃的退火,金相組織由樹枝狀變為粒狀,但退火時間超過20小時,金相組織沒有明顯變化;在高溫780℃退火、水中冷卻的實驗,樹枝狀組織消失,組織逐漸均勻化。
